I’m 27 years old lady, I currently Holds a National Diploma in HR Management and busy with BTECH in HRD, I have 1 and 7months experience in HR field, and a six months experience in Administration overall, I’m very good team player and can perform well individually, I’m a goal oriented and determined person, I’m a fast leaner, reliable and always willing to learn more I Have good communication skills, computer literate and good typing skills. I have good attention to detail, analytical and honesty.

Good company
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet. I'm currently employed at makro silver lakes as a stock controller physical inventory. i have matric certificate and driver's license code10 i'm a quick leaner,a hard worker and good administrator skill and driving ability,the fast pace of work is something i enjoy and obviously never knowing exactly what i will be asked to do on any given day.I'm confident that given a chance the experience,knowledge and skill i have gathered over the years will be of benefit to the company. A good learning experience
Hi. My experience at makro is actually good, they've taught me alot about customers and different aspects about a work place. I have a good relationship with all my colleagues and they know it. Im a cashier and I caught on really quick and thats only because I had the type.of people around me in the worlplace that are always willing to help and that ways rubbed off on me aswell. The most challenging days are when the store is packed with people because you have no time to even think but I ease through those times because I know what must be done, my job and whats around it. The only downfall is the amount of hours they give me and the rate per hour. Thank you for letting me share..

Excellent
Makro is a great company that comes with lots of perks and great salary. In total I worked for Makro for over 13 years broken service. The culture has shifted a bit with times . It has been a great pleasure working for such company. I enjoyed the pressure that came with my daily duties. As a team player I always thrive working with people. I have developed lot of my subordinates to management level and to senior management positions. My passion is to see everyone succeed in the team as I believe that as a leader you are as weak as your weakest link.I don’t get challenged at work but rather opportunity to do things differently and learn in a best possible way. My journey at Makro is been nothing but a great success both personally and and professionally.

New experience
Not very corporate, very unorganized, work collegues friendly, some not so helpful, senior and management very old school type of people Systems very old, no staff happy ness, noting in the organization is paperless and quite difficult to get work done

Excellent environment and very challenging.
Every day you need to meet different people with different perspectives, everyone of them need to be approached differently according their needs. Great team always ready to help customers with high valued respect. Every 3you need to learn when coming to sales and products.
Pros: Great place to learn and grow your skills,slim chances of promotion.
Cons: Long working hours including weekends and public holidays.
