shorting out all queries form the different divisions regarding receiving. follow up on detail checking and that all documentation is in place. I love working with admin and my audits is always above 90%. Good in implementing procedures. Good in training people.

Cons: use to retail hours and it is not a problem.

Excellent learning of working with customers
Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

Im looking forward to be HR Admin Manager
I've work as HR Administrator, creating positions on VIP system, capturing leave, filling engagement park for new employees and make sure that HR filling is accurate. So far I've leant to lot of things in HR department and a little in finance department, like preparing a contract, loading load employees on a system, handling incoming and out coming calls and paying creditors.

Working hard seems not to bring results only low salary at end of month its very stressful.worked well with my colleagues ,worked well under pressure ,learned to count big amount of cash and computer literacy.The challenging part is working with lot of cash.

Excellent learning opportunity
I am working as a cashier,assisting customers with finalizing their purchases. My duties are to scan the products,process card, cash and cash payments,advising customers with promotional products and serving them with a warm welcoming smile. I have learned listening and communication skills as I interact with customers and I know how to handle difficult customers. I love my working environment as I am surrounded by positivite and hard working people. I love my job because I have learned that people are different and have different characters.

Excellent learning curve

Adapt quickly
Working for Makro is amazing. It has the best benefits and employees are treated very well. As an hr office I assist with payroll, benefits, leave, training, labor relations matters, disciplinary inquiries, time and attendance, policies and procedures of the company, etc. The co-workers have a good relationship with hr personnel, there is communication, feedbacks and,, transparency between the people and HR department. I enjoy most the each person is treated equally in our company, and in my joy I enjoy assisting people with all HR related matters that they have, policies they don’t understand , their job descriptions etc. What’s challenging now in my career is IR as I’m still in the process of leaning, which I enjoy every much.
