Doing receiving for all 3 divisions. Food Liquor and Gen Merch. Starts at 7 and ends when the last pallets comes into the store. Never a dull day. always something happening and keeping u bisy. to make sure everything is received by the end of the day and that the stock is not damaged when coming into the store

Good Communication skills
Working with Makro has been such a great experience , not easy but it was great as a big company with a lot of people you learn how to assiate wit people , how to deal with difficult customers working under pressure, learning new things

Team building and leading
Retail life is a busy environment where everything happens fast and pressure is within our line of work, there is no day you go to work and find yourself without any new challenge. team work is highly promoted in retail so the relationship with co-worker and also with customers is taught and practised in our everyday.since everyday present a new challenge, learning new tricks and applying it in the sense that we put work first then ourselves second is what I've learnt how to be a leader as my type of job allows me to be that flexible, i really enjoy working with a lot of people and interacting with them at the same time,the most challenging aspect of my job is that we have a little time to do what need to be done.

Good campony to work , if every body is treated on the same level and don't back bite each other
Starting early in the morning to go on the road for the days work , the relation with my co workers is great we help each other were we can and all so under stand each others needs . I have learned a lot about corporate retail and the different ways of doing business . What i enjoyed the most is working with people and the challenges for every day is never the same . Challenges for the job meeting budget ,deliveries that was not on time and had to delivery my self .

Excellent customer service
Each and every one felt at home.If you love what you do you will feel at home.Ive learned that customers must be respected,must be given customers service all the time.I realy enjoy working with customers because you always don't know the mood of the customer that day

Excellent learning curve
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences.

Good company
i hereby,applying for the vacancy which appeared in the internet.
