Excellent learning of working with customers

Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

Great opportunity and learn new things as well as work well with people around you.

The work is tough sometimes because you have to be at your best and take whatever customer throws at us.However its a good learning curve because i have learnt how to deal with different situations.Learnt to work well with people and i get to meet new people everyday.Challenges will be there but overcoming them and learning to deal with them gets you through everydays.

Team building and leading

Retail life is a busy environment where everything happens fast and pressure is within our line of work, there is no day you go to work and find yourself without any new challenge. team work is highly promoted in retail so the relationship with co-worker and also with customers is taught and practised in our everyday.since everyday present a new challenge, learning new tricks and applying it in the sense that we put work first then ourselves second is what I've learnt how to be a leader as my type of job allows me to be that flexible, i really enjoy working with a lot of people and interacting with them at the same time,the most challenging aspect of my job is that we have a little time to do what need to be done.

- my typical day starts at 06.30-18.30 - we receive stock for all 3 divisions and also send all returns to vendors out. depending on the day - will check hours for previous week and submit to HR. do planning for the next month. sign all admin check on outstanding claims follow up with suppliers for credits have meetings with my management team doing training getting all the stock in the store at the end of the day.

I'm a hardworking person with a good sense of humar and positive energy. I enjoy working with people of different cultures so I can learn a thousands ways of bettering my self making my self the best in the field I'm at.
