I have a national diploma financial management . I have learn alot about financial services industry because paying attention to details is a key to record a correct invoice and reconciliation of payment

A great opportunity to learn a d grow

In the private sector, got exposed to a lot of things. Acquired skills and knowledge that helped me grow in the profession of nursing. I enjoyed work g with people and rendering patient care to our clients, their comfort and safety has and is my first priority. I have acquired values such at team work and patient safety from mediclinic as a company. And I am looking forward to applying them in your company.

Pros: Great working environment. Good salary.
Cons: Shifts.limited opportunities for growth.

AS AN OPEN MINDED PERSON,I BELIEVE IN TRANSFORMING AND INTEGRATING PEOPLES MIND,LIFESTYLE AND BEHAVIOUR. I STRONGELY BELIEVE THAT EVERY SUCCESS IN PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT CAN ONLY SUCCEED IF THERE IS DEDICATION AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE HAS TO BE TEAM WORK.I DO HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY IN A TEAM.I CAN COMMUNICATE AND REALATE TO ALL RACES AND CULTURES WITH MUCH EASE.MY PREVIOUS MANAGERS CAN ACCOUNT FOR THE GOOD RELATIONS THAT I HAVE WITH BOTH SENIORS NAD JUNIOR STAFF INCLUDING CLIENTELE. IN LIEU OF THE ABOVE,I REGARD MYSELF AS INVALUABLE TO ANY COMPANY THAT I WORK FOR AS I AM A HIGHLY SELF MOTIVATED AND LOYAL PERSON.I STRONGELY BELIEVE THAT THE SUCCESS OF A COMPANY ALSO DEPENDS ON EACH INDIVIDUALS CONTRIBUTION THEREFORE MY MAIN PRIORITY IN THE WORK ENVIRONMENT IS TO BE AN ACHIEVER.

I have study safety,mediclinic appointed me as she rep.l want to explore my career to the outside world now.I like to work in safety environment make people aware of they are safety.I am a fast learner. Hopefully i will get the opportunity

I have learnt alot

High expectations, as an admin person there is not much room for growth. I have the flexibility of meeting people all the time, do not have to be office bound all day. I have gained knowledge of many clinical matters whilst working here. The joy of making people smile, is what brings me back every day. The lack of growth , high expectations from high profile people make my job challenging.

Pros: Not office based-flexibility within the hospital
Cons: No room for growth as I am not a nurse

Mediclinic Tshwane Learning Centre is one of the training centres that gives nurses opportunity to improve their qualifications....and I learnt a lot from that field of work though the position was temporary.
