I have study safety,mediclinic appointed me as she rep.l want to explore my career to the outside world now.I like to work in safety environment make people aware of they are safety.I am a fast learner. Hopefully i will get the opportunity

Excellent learning curve

Mediclinic is a good place to work at, but the hours gets long sometimes. In our unit most of the staff get along, but there will always be one or two persons you cannot get along with, no matter how hard you try.

Pros: Medical aid and retirement fund is good.
Cons: Long working hours and little appreciation.

Great experience, excellent learning curve and growing opportunity

Working in a neonatal unit where it gets busy at times, where we get to work underpressue. Having a god team won my side a group that is willing to learn every day. We face challenges and learning oppohave learnt a lot from the company and the stuff that I work with I can't start to name them one by one. But most importantly is punctuality, good personality and comthe most challenging part of my job is where we baby dymunication skills. rtunities in a positivedying with nothing to do.way.

I SET A TARGET FOR MY SELF ON MY SHFTS E.G HOW MANY FILES I OPEN PER SHIFT,IM AN EXCELLENT TEAM PLAYER MY COLLEGUES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AND OUR DAILY ROUTINE,I HAVE LEARNT THAT PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT STRENGTHS LIKE MINE IM OPEN,APPROACHEABLE AND FREE IT MAKES MY JOB VERY EASY CAUSE IT COMES NATURALLY.IM COMPETITIVE SO I LOOK FORWARD TO MONTHLY AUDITS TO SEE WHERE I CAN IMPROVE,I ENJOY LEARNING ICD10 CODES,THE CHALLENGE IS QUALITY SERVICE ITS HARD TO WORK WITH PEOPLE ESPECIALLY SOMEBODY THAT IS SICK OR HAS A FAMILY MEMBER IN THE HOSPITAL.

The profession that offers unconditional care.

*A busy unit including operations. *Working as a team most of the time. *I have learnt to work hard,always to strive for excellence.to adapt to individual culture and diversity *The challenges are, complains from unsatisfied patients,absenteeism from staff,that leads to shortage of personnel.

I never regret anything working at Mediclinic company

I think it is now time to explore my career professionally and develop experience and expertise in other fraternity health companies.i do take my job seriously and with passion.overall I do work tirelessly and even under strenuous condition for the benefit of both me and company.
