They have the most suitable training for an entry level employee. Growth, Skills, Knowledge. On occasions, they have fun activities for the staff. People are respectful towards each other

Looking for something more challenging and more growth

Motto: Work hard play hard, lots of reports and presentations to deliver, however, I say to get them done earl;y and then there is time to focus on the people and ensure things are getting done. my relationship with my c-workers a, if I could put it in one word id, say "healthy" I have learnt a lot to do in the Service desk industry. how to do presentations, communicating with clients and all levels of stakeholders. I enjoy working with clients and staff. the most challenging part of my job is "The client is always right

It's a stepping stone and a gate way to the corporate world

The company lacks leadership and puts a lot of pressure at its empleeys while they don't give PROPER working tools and expert agents to do miracles,The management at the company doesn't do things accordingly and when that is being addressed they get you fired or threatens to get you fired every month agents always have pay queirys and dont get paid well for what they worked for and the shifts are tiring as they always change

Hardworking team leader

I am working from 8h00 until 17h00 from Monday to Friday. I do various tasks as I am currently an intern. I Have worked in the HR deparyment (recruitment team) and have been auditing SETA documents. I have also been responsible for paper work and filling of documents

Learning curve

It right company to gain work experience but the employees are being underpaid for their hardwork. I have learn a lot from this company. They are no reconditioned no incentives nothing but I have enjoyed working with my team

Excellent learning Curve

One has to be self motivated and set a goal of resigning very quick it's a start up job great learning Curve for the non experience d workers Nonot challenging they are able to pay on time but it's not a company to work for a longest time you have to be liked by management to succeed and be transferred to another business unit as a call centre agent

Great platform for to surecase your skills , learning curve

Environment is conducive to work resort's positive and open people to work with friendly environment.Great place to work at . I enjoy dealing with different people of different characters , assisting/ resolving irate customers query,I have leant to patient , handle issues differently , working as a team and individually, what I find most challenging is dealing with irate customers .

Pros: It gives you exposure , you gain communication skills , be able to deal with people of different characters and great opportunities for promotion
