My day is different on a daily basis as I deal with different members & providers with different enquiries. I assist member & service providers with benefit confirmations & claims enquiries. I also have access to reprocess on claims. I also assist with membership enquires, from new membership applications., termination & adding of dependants. I have learnt communication skills & telephone etiquette. also dealing with different personalities & characters. I am a Team player so I like working with people & love assisting people. The challenging part is dealing with angry members or providers. but I have learnt to take ownership & go beyond my call of duty to assist & also make them understand.

my day at work is a hectic one on a daily basis & its different every day. I get to help members & service providers with different enquiries on their medical aid, which can be benefit confirmation, claims enquiries and membership enquiries. I have learnt to have good listening skills. going out of the box to always help our members & service providers. deal with different characters & personality. taking ownership of any enquiry I come across. it might be challenging but I love helping people & learning new things.

My day includes assisting members & providers with benefit confirmation, claims enquiries, membership enquiries and authorization. my day is different on a daily basis, as I deal with different enquiries. I have learnt good communication skills. I have learnt how to deal with people of different personalities & characters. But mostly I love helping people though some enquiries need other departments assistance.

its a very good company with mission and values and good experience with customer service even have a good telephone etiquette and enjoy providing a good customer service to our clients and avoid complaints and have more compliments

My days are very different as I deal with different enquiries from members and service providers. my typical day involves confirming benefits to members & providers. going through claims and reprocessing some if they were not processed correctly. I am a team player so I love working with people & learning from them. I have learnt good communication skills, I have also learnt to be accountable & take ownership of any enquiry I come across. The most challenging thing is dealing with different people with different personalities & characters, regardless of this I treat every person as an individual & also the enquiries I deal with.

My day involves helping members & service providers with benefit confirmation and claims enquiries. my day is basically different on a daily basis as I deal with different people & handle different enquires. I Love working with people and a team player. working with people also gives me a chance to learn from them. I have learnt to communicate well with people., I have learnt to be accountable & take ownership of any enquiry I deal with. I enjoy helping people and it always make my day knowing I made a difference.

Learning curve
Its been wonderful working, nice rewards. Working with diverse cultures. This is a environment where change happens everyday and you need to be able to handle pressure that comes with it

Extensive learning curve
Hectic days as we working around turn around times which promotes engagement of all team members to stick to your decision made. As an assessor it promotes application of medical background and experience
