Learning curve and full of experirnce in medical industry

my relationship with my co-workers is super they like a family to me and I’ve learned a lot from my current role, but now I’m looking for a new challenge, to broaden my horizons and to gain a new skill-set what I enjoy the most is my role that im doing (assisting our members/clients) sometimes its frustrating if other department don't do their job as a front line of the company members are taking out their frustration to me but hence I am good working under pressure and problem solving I always find a way out.

Pros: there is a growth
Cons: hours are normal

Excellent leaning curve

My duties include assisting members as well as hospitals and doctors with general queries to reprocessing claim for payment. I am a lovely person to work with I never have misunderstandings with anyone ever so I do have good work relationships. I do enjoy what I do as it is very challenging and every client is different.

Pros: opportunity to move within the company
Cons: you can bring your child to work weekends

Friendly environment

The company is great to work for. Just unfortunately they don't have an open policy whereby they do not make the employees aware of how the company in struggling financially.

It was a learning curve

Working at Metropolitan health taught me a lot more about customer centric, respect ,positive attitude towards my colleagues as well as our clients at large . I am really pleased that I worked for this company .all of opportunistic

Pros: bursaries, learnerships were given out ,given a chance to pursue my studies

Computer skills and people skills

administration on a daily basis, investigations, claim processing, email correspondence, handling incoming calls. relationship with colleagues is good. good habits and hardwork. do not enjoy anything anymore on this Job. Difficult queries that needs urgent resolution and have limited skills/capabilities on.

Excellent

My current work experience at Metropolitan Health as an Admin Assistant exposed me to a very busy and sometimes challenging administrative environment, It also exposed me to different cultures, languages and obstacles, but I tackled every situation to the best of my ability. I work well in a team environment as well as being able to work independently. I am a dedicated and meticulous person, I am always eager and willing to learn. I consider myself to be a person with great sense of responsibility. I have a pleasant personality and I enjoy communicating with other people and I perform well under pressure. Good company

I am a 30 years old lady; I have 7 years’ experience in a medical aid industry. My years of experience helped me to improve and develop my communication skills and managerial skills. I started working for medical aid field where I started as a Call Centre Agent (MH-Gems BU), then went to (Universal Healthcare) as a Senior Agent working close with Pharmacist and Pharmacist assistant (Gems Chronic Management Dept.) .I moved back to (MH-Gems BU) as a Client Service Agent one of my day to day co-function was processing Claims and currently I am a Regional help desk Consultant ( MH-Gems BU).. That is one of my career highlights and it has built me up to be where I am today and I am proud to live and tell a tale. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships. I am innovative ,I adapt faster and respond positively to a change. Accountable, Excellent customer Service, Diverse.

My day includes assisting members & providers with benefit confirmation, claims enquiries, membership enquiries and authorization. my day is different on a daily basis, as I deal with different enquiries. I have learnt good communication skills. I have learnt how to deal with people of different personalities & characters. But mostly I love helping people though some enquiries need other departments assistance

Pros: Being 2nd in charge & been given the chance to be an Acting Team Leader
