Excellent learning curve

i work in the field which helps me with my people skills as i interact with different types of people. i am a team player and very friendly hence i get along with almost everybody at the office. i have learnt that in every job a person gets you shouldn't wait to be taught everything, every individual must be willing to go an extra mile and learn . i enjoy being in events where there is a lot of people so that i get to talk to as many people as possible. my challenges would be difficult clients and the long working hours as i spend less time with my family at home

Good learning curve

I work for Metropolitan which is part of MMI holdings. my job is very exciting and challenging at the same time, you've got to meet different people with different attitude everyday of your work day. I have learnt a lot from my job, one of the things that I've learned is to deal with different people at their different levels and it is so interesting to engage with them everyday of my life. the most challenging aspect is when you deal with a difficult client trying to make him or her satisfied about your service but at the same time the customer is not willing to understand your effort.

I am very hard working and ambitious vibrant young woman.

I am currently employed by MMI Limited as a claim’s assessor in the contact center. Academically studying for a Bcom in Marketing second year . I have completed my Fais credits (RE 5) and a certificate in sales and Marketing. I have worked as financial advisor for 3 years and then worked as a customer service consultant within MMI limited . With the years put together working for MMI , I have an excellent understanding of client service and ensuring company’s model is followed to the latter.

To be punctual, use the language the client will understand.

I am hard working person, with honesty and integrity. I am also able to work under pressure. I meet my deadline on time. I am also able as group and also as an individual. I could I identify when I should close the deal.

It was a great experience for me

I enjoyed working for metropolitan life by I needed a change coz I was than moving to a new place. But it was a good place and I learned more than I know and a great working team we were
