Good to know about insurance
we didnt do promotions at the malls or on television and radio. there was too much favouritsim around managers with jealousy of the passion and contribution to the company.

Excellent learning curve
It is a great environment where I assist people with their needs . I enjoy helping clients with their queries and opening new accounts for them Ja. So in short working for metropolitan has taught me to be honest and trustworthy because we are dealing with money and people’s accounts

Bad Working there
No basic salary, full commission no benefits like petrol allowance, medical aid, life cover etc. You on your own liability, no work/clients no pay zero cheque.

I need to work for a company where i can utilise my personal as well as my technical skills.
its really great working at metropolitan but i feel the claw backs are hectic since well you have to keep track of your client if ever he/she pays for at least a year. so feel i need something really stable since well i've also have responsibility. at work we were not provided by any leads so its up to me find those clients and you have to go out the field and do so.
Pros: i need to work at a reputed company with a good reputation.
