I'm a hard. I'm a a hard workeharh wo hir Wimworked for metropolitan for 9 year .I was a admin clerk but unfortunatelcompany did retrenchment I was part of it . So know I'm still seeking for a job
Pros: We worked as individuals and in a team as well. We had a daily target that you will finish as individual. Tarms of reporting we have to report to the team leader it was nice to work for the company it has lot of growth that is where I did certificate in wealthy Management.
Cons: The company is big and has lot of growth to those who want to learn further according their studies. And they also give us chance to do job shadowing to other departments.

My Life at Work
A typical day at work is to arrive and check emails from internal staff and external stakeholders answer all the emails. Then do whatever your focus is that e.g sourcing new Brokers or Business Partners using the FSCA website. Relationship with co-workers is excellent we try assist each as best as we can as I have learnt that no man is an Island, Rome was not built in one day patience is not only a requirement but a quality. I enjoy engaging with external potential business partners, the most challenging aspect is to get a Broker contract with a broker authorised. The division that deals with contracting our Brokers is short staffed to the point that only person works the whole department nationally. This has placed huge strain on everybody and everything that has to do with the proper functioning of the Broker Division............................

Great pleace to work
Its a vibrant place where there is a lot of opportunity for growth.it all depends on you how much you progress based on the tools given. There are coffee perks, leave benefits and an open and understanding support structure . Management is not only concerned about targets but they care about your well being as an individual . you are important and your view counts.
