I can work hard and complete my work on the recorded time, I have sales and marketing skills, data capturing skills, Ms word, Ms excel,and internet, communication skills , telephone techniques, working both field and office, presentations, working leads, assisting the manager with the report and attending to sales and appointments. Marketing research and marketing communications, I can work as a leader as well as a team player, I can do promotions. I enjoy working with people who are willing to learn and share ideas with others.

Creating a culture of saving

I just joined the company few months ago. I'd say it's more of a challenging exercise as I have to create the new customer base through selling financial products to existing n new clients. Preety challenging in a sense that the economic climate in SA is not permitting for people to spend on new things. But on building relationships n harnessing customer service skills its preety good.

Pros: Great opportunity on creating a saving(investing) culture
Cons: Long and tiring in terms of finding clients

Excellent learning experiance

This work has been a challenge to me but I manage to learn and excel at it in a period of a year now am the company brand, I have all the credits to sell all the companies products with out supervision

Great pleace to work

Its a vibrant place where there is a lot of opportunity for growth.it all depends on you how much you progress based on the tools given. There are coffee perks, leave benefits and an open and understanding support structure . Management is not only concerned about targets but they care about your well being as an individual . you are important and your view counts.

I have learn to close cold calling deals, money kept me going,the challenging aspects of the job it's when I can get hold of the clients, the relationship with co-workers was very good coz we were a performing team we loved to be there we would even work over time I enjoyed to make sales talking to different people

Training provided

A typical work day we call leads and try to score appointments and assisting with enquiries, we go visit worksites which are other companies to prospect look for new clients, we also do presentations and the relationship with co-workers is good we all get along just fine because everybody is running his or her race i have learnt alot about insurance, iv gained more skills in sales,consultation and administration to be honest the only thing i enjoy about being at work is the free wifi and thats it the most challenging aspects about this job what cn i say everthing about this job is challenging calling leads, validating for your salary, bringing in new business, meeting the targets and the treatment you get from the managers is just too muc the pressure and did i mention that the is no basic salary its commission based only everything is just challenging

As a financial advisor

working as a financial advisor it was more fun working with people, giving them advice. I had more time to spend with my family as I was not obliged to work on weekends and holidays unless I have an appointment or its cut off and I had a very good relationship with my co-workers

Cons: less working hours

Growth and Development

A typical work day starts with 08H00 meeting where we discuss our plans for the week as Sales Managers committing to the Regional Manager on how each person intend to meet the weekly target . We related well in such a way that we would have our own meeting discussing the challenges we encounter in our branches and advise each other on how to tackle these challenges. I have learned the importance of dedication, committment and consistency towards my jobs because l have grown mentally. I enjoy seeing myself completing the tasks that are set before me and meeting the company expectations from me as an employee. The most challenging aspects of the job is having Sales Reps resigning because they got a better offer somewhere and as a Sales Manager you have to recruit again.

Cons: Unpaid monthly premiums by clients

Excellent earning curve and most solving clients queries and giving them hope

I have a good relationship with co-workers I have an amazing experiences by dealing with day to day clients, I enjoy helping clients in all angles When I do not meet target I get frustrated for some few days then I have to accePt that there is nothing can be done i have to move on

Pros: This is a professional environment and together we can and clients centrice
Cons: It depends because some time your working only few hours and manage to meet your monthly target some times not
