Good client service A lot of politics caused by sales representatives, company culture and values mostly not practiced by sales representatives, emphasis on on code of conduct and company values need to be practiced ot the company looses its proper functions within and outside of the company

Excellence place for experience
Metropolitan gave me a very good experience. It taught me how to work with people, how to approach and get clients. It taught me to my teamwork, patience, and good customer care. I was a sales consultant advising client about investment and how to manage their finances.

Excellent skills developed in working under pressure and reaching daily targets
The environment is welcoming as some days get stressful and it gets frustrating but the people around mainly those in the same team make it easier to release the stress and push one to reach the required target as alone you can not reach the required number but together we exceed the target. There are days where you can see that there is pressure on the supervisor that he ends up micro managing us which is the worst as he would shout and add on to the stress as we try to push as hard as we can to ensure we remain on top of the other teams where the Numbers are concerned.
Pros: Great money making opportunities as you have a basic salary and commission

Good to know about insurance
we didnt do promotions at the malls or on television and radio. there was too much favouritsim around managers with jealousy of the passion and contribution to the company.
