A typical work day starts with 08H00 meeting where we discuss our plans for the week as Sales Managers committing to the Regional Manager on how each person intend to meet the weekly target . We related well in such a way that we would have our own meeting discussing the challenges we encounter in our branches and advise each other on how to tackle these challenges. I have learned the importance of dedication, committment and consistency towards my jobs because l have grown mentally. I enjoy seeing myself completing the tasks that are set before me and meeting the company expectations from me as an employee. The most challenging aspects of the job is having Sales Reps resigning because they got a better offer somewhere and as a Sales Manager you have to recruit again.

Excellent
Good understanding, building a good team again working as a team forcing to work, work hard willing to work overtime if job is not done for the day. Learn new things that being part of them, that they not follow under my job description, to have a good experience in future so that I can have promotion in future when there is a vacancy.

Hard worker, working under pressure, going an extra mile when doing my job neat and clean every time and everything always on point on time, early bird at work and make sure am the last person for knock out for preparing for the next day, in term of meetings and other stuff.

Ability to work with people.
I like working with people because you deal with different people every time and leaning new thing. Working many hour show how serious you with your job and putting your clients happy by treating team fair and equal all the time which will help you have strong relationship and getting more refers.

Broker consultant
My role has given me an opportunity to grow and learn . I am constantly learning new things for instance when I joined the company they were introducing a new product. What I find interesting about my role is the fact that I am constantly meeting new people trying to market the company's products.

It was great working with metropolitan.the company has nice benefit medical aid,retirement,pension fund,and bonuses each and every year.and you were recognized by your hard work,they will take us to over sea's.and the company has a growth,you get a chance to further more your career in the industry.i recommend everybody to come and join the company.

Good communication
Working for Metropolitan was a good challenge I enjoyed working for the company and I have learned how to communicate with my customers properly and the most challenging was knocking off very late everyday.

Exciting day to day operations
27 years old, I currently reside in Pietermaritzburg kwa-Zulu natal, however I’m originally from Empangeni, KZN. I’m a young and very energetic individual who can work under pressure, and also opened to new ideas that can level the Management to new heights, I also have an accounting background, as I have selected the financial management field bCom Degree at Varsity College(PMB)- Completed. I can prioritise my time for my company of choice, im also willing to learn new skills that will enable me to become a long-term Asset to the company in terms of growth, I attended my High School at Empangeni High School, in which I completed in 2013, I furthered my studies and completed my Higher Certificate in Business Principle and practice(HCBPP) at Varsity College PMB, I than studied further into the Financial Management Stream. Im looking forward to hearing from you soonest, I’m also willing to relocate.
