Be the best at what you do and be the best you can be at what ever you do. treat others equally always be motivated at things you do. a good adviser is an adviser who always willing to go an extra mile at what ever they do who is always punctual arriving on time to clients and have enough prospect in order for you to better the chances of writing more business and as a financial adviser you need to aim for the moon so that when you fall you fall among the stars. The more you motivate your self the better the chance of you succeeding especially in the sales industry you need to be professional and be a positive thinking in order for the individual to be the best at what ever they are doing focus is the key to success especially in the sales field if you are prepared the higher the chance of you earning more income and treat the business as you own business.

Excellent interpersonal skill

I visit clience to thier workplace. Sometimes we go in groups to the client's workplace but sometimes individuals depending of how many workers to that workplace. i have learn how to work with people, i improved my presentation skill, interpersonal skill, communication skill, talkative skill, i have how to start a relationship with people whom never see each other with them. I enjoy communicating with people, helping people by advising them to manage thier money prepare for tomorrow, building the future of thier children by investing. The most challenging aspects is the colleque who want easy things by selling the products incorrect way but what is good is to correct it.

Excellent learning Curve

The most positive influence whilst working at Metropolitan was my own personal growth. My greatest growth personally was at the time of being in sales. Sales forces you to be engaged with inside operations within the company and external factors. The days were inconsistent as in Insurance sector there are no fixed times. I enjoyed experiencing the rainbow nation of people and businesses. Learning the dynamics of different co-workers and not working in silos. As a branch manager, having the responsibility of ensuring a sustainable business and having to be fully dependable on staff to ensure your success was a huge challenge.

Excellent learning curve, financial wellness of individuals

Learning how important the financial wellness is of an individual, the planning of live goals and seeing how important financial planning is in one's life! Learning to work at own pace, working with people is challenging but being an honest person, caring of others needs are the true essence of building a relationship. The thing I like the most is to see the part I played in helping others to achieve their live goals and to see at the end o the day I have achieved my working goals. I also like to share my knowledge with co workers listening to their knowledge and learning the good way forward.

Very good learning curve

My first day at work when i was introduced to my co-workers they were very loving and welcoming. and my relationship with them is very good we understand each and there is more love and caring, i have learnt that it is very important to love others and respect other peoples space. What i enjoy most is when we do birthdays celebrations and working together as a team and also facing challenges together and overcome them together.

Excellent learning curve

1. On my daily base typical work day what I do is calling my appointments or clients, try to setup meetings with them. see if they free that week or reschedule for another day or week. 2. me and my co workers we go out on the field and try to get clients, or prospecting. 3. I have learned a lot from the company, what is the company all about, FSB AND FSP are not the the same things... but that FSB is the registrar of FSP. 4. when we work as a team going out and market. 5. when lapses occur and then you see it will affect your salary.

Pros: working always hard and being persistent and committed to your work. that pays off at the end of the day.
Cons: always difficult times, not seeing your family but trying to get your solutions right.

I love learning and want to achieve my dreams

It is marvelous to work with clients and to give advice because working with different clients is not about selling all the times sometimes they need a shoulder to cry on or someone who will listen them,a difficult situation is when a client wants to cancel a policy you must find out what the problem is and try to explain the importance of the policy

Pros: I can be happy if I can get the position of a receptionist or admin
