Be the best at what you do and be the best you can be at what ever you do. treat others equally always be motivated at things you do. a good adviser is an adviser who always willing to go an extra mile at what ever they do who is always punctual arriving on time to clients and have enough prospect in order for you to better the chances of writing more business and as a financial adviser you need to aim for the moon so that when you fall you fall among the stars. The more you motivate your self the better the chance of you succeeding especially in the sales industry you need to be professional and be a positive thinking in order for the individual to be the best at what ever they are doing focus is the key to success especially in the sales field if you are prepared the higher the chance of you earning more income and treat the business as you own business.

My focus is to trace clients and pay them money which is rightfully theres
My day starts at 06:30 I leave at 15:30. If I take lunch its 30min. I work well In my team but that is because I have a excellent team. Currently I am busy on a project trying to close a account that is like 300 million outstanding claims
Pros: we like a family here and everyone works well together good learning oppertunities as well

Strong work ethics,
I always make good relationship with my team members and the stakeholders, I have learnt the importance of having good work ethics .I enjoyed everything about my job because it gave me platform to showcase my skills such as problem solving skills, innovation and adding value to the Company

Excellent learning Curve
The most positive influence whilst working at Metropolitan was my own personal growth. My greatest growth personally was at the time of being in sales. Sales forces you to be engaged with inside operations within the company and external factors. The days were inconsistent as in Insurance sector there are no fixed times. I enjoyed experiencing the rainbow nation of people and businesses. Learning the dynamics of different co-workers and not working in silos. As a branch manager, having the responsibility of ensuring a sustainable business and having to be fully dependable on staff to ensure your success was a huge challenge.

I like to work with different people because I always want to learn something new every day,I like challenges because they help me to grow my knowledge, I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them with their financial problems as an advisor and am a trustee you can trust me.

Excellent learning curve, financial wellness of individuals
Learning how important the financial wellness is of an individual, the planning of live goals and seeing how important financial planning is in one's life! Learning to work at own pace, working with people is challenging but being an honest person, caring of others needs are the true essence of building a relationship. The thing I like the most is to see the part I played in helping others to achieve their live goals and to see at the end o the day I have achieved my working goals. I also like to share my knowledge with co workers listening to their knowledge and learning the good way forward.

Being able to reach my goals and work hard
giving people financial advise and working together with my co-workers is perfect as they make sure we deliver at every moments that we can and i have learned so much in it that things don't come easy as you thought you have to work hard to achieve greatness and i have enjoyed helping people with their financial needs and meeting different cultures and the most challenging is when you not reaching your target

Am a fast
I start working at 8 O'Clock being read for any mood of any people am working with.I have learned that every single day has it's own challenges and all I have to do is to do what am called for.the best day of life is to be positive all the time no matter the difficulties.
