at the moment I am working at metropolitan under Gems medical aids working as help desk Agent north west, we doing queries about the medical also helping members who want to change the option and telling members about their benefits and everything they want to know about their medical, I am very happy about my work we also working as team we help one other because we do different queries every day. what I enjoy most is the fact that I lean every day ,I am from Johannesburg so I will be happy to work near home. before I was working at morkels as sales person for 3 years metropolitan as sales lady again selling insurance policy and funeral policy.im always helping members to understand their options and benefits the advantage and disadvantages of their options they are using and the price that they will be paying for their options i love what i am doing so much

Willing to learn everyday and work accurately
It challenging n I get to learn about people' everyday n learn how to work with very different people with different behaviour. Get to learn new things every day and helping to grow the company. N I worked very well with my colleague s and have a great respect my managers to make sure all targets are is met.

Great working experience
Working at Metropolitan was great, friendly staff and enjoyed inter acting with different individuals and characters from different backgrounds. I love having to speak to clients being able to change someone's life for the better just makes my world complete because I love helping others. I get along with everyone I encounter I don't know why maybe its in my nature,not only at work but in general. Most challenging is having to convince a potential client to take out a cover whereas they had a bad experience with the company or competitor.

Excellent learning curve and motivating
It is great working for my campany but the problem is there is no basic salary and higher targets.No allocated working sides so it makes it difficult to reach the target. Apart from this it is pleasent working for the campany.I am learning a lot .

Working at Metropolitan was an experience and a good learning curve.
Being Sales Consultant at Metropolitan gave me freedom to explore my own marketing strategies to penetrate market within companys KPIs and a responsibility to realise that the next pay will be determined by my own efforts. I also realise that success depends on how well I present a product and an after sales service to keep existing and new clients happy and on books. Persistency, resilience and tenacity are key traits that I needed to have in order to rise up to the occasion. Relationship with unions and stake holders need a political craftiness and I penetrated those makerts exceptional well. The most challenging aspect is that companies have diversified and the product was now made available on shelves. The industry is regulated which became a process and time to bring one customer to books yet you are earning on commission.

Excellent customer service
Working at metropolitan has been so good to me ,i have achieve great experience on top of that was tought to give all in my work.some days are so challenging but i lift my heard high an concetrate on my goals wich is to give top class customer service.i am a team player an i believe that two minds are greater than one.i have learn that being pecient is my slogen an to excelling on what ever iam doing at the time given.my most joy is when i see my hard work paying off.The challenge of convincing a client to do whats right that i call challenge.an working with different people every day is so challenging.

Excellent learning curve
I'm a dedicated person with the ability to work hard in every thing I do ,I'm reliable and unafraid of challenges and I'm a team player and my time as financial Advisor taught me to have patients and I'm able to work under pressure

I learnt how to deal with clients.
I learnt how to communicate with clients who are will to take the insurance. I learnt how to manage my personal issues while am at work. Learnt to be always smart to clients and always having a smile to my face. Always Greet the customers. Help the customer as much I can. Listen to the customers problem so that she/he must get helped.
