I learnt how to deal with clients.
I learnt how to communicate with clients who are will to take the insurance. I learnt how to manage my personal issues while am at work. Learnt to be always smart to clients and always having a smile to my face. Always Greet the customers. Help the customer as much I can. Listen to the customers problem so that she/he must get helped.

Im good person
good day im good person i know computer e.g typing,word,excel etc.i willing to work under pressure weakened,i have good relation ship with staff,i have learn that when we a working we have to respect one another,i enjoy to work as a team,the most challenging aspect if one of my staff is off without reson

What i have learned at metropolitan
it is not easy to work at insurance company but it is a good challenge because you learn how to communicate with people/clients and how to treat people . we work with target . no client no pay so that challenge will definitely make you to put more effort to your work. and in insurance company you need to have passion of working with people or you wont make it. we dont have working hours you work 24hours you dont go to sleep without signing one client for a day.

Fast learner
Working as a financial advisor is one of the most challenging jobs. It needs dedication and passion, hard-working and dynamic people. Some days business is doing well and some days it's very tough to bring new business in but with hard and team work I've learned that I can go a long way.
Pros: You get promoted after 3 months of good business that you are bring in and another promotion after 3 months again.
Cons: As a financial adviser you never stop working Monday to Sunday we always doing business.

Excellent working inviroment
I learn hw to interact wth clients on daily basis,teamwork helping each other in order to reach our targets,i enjoyed working thre because you work at your own on daily basis and you plan your work properly and you determine your own salary according to your needs n wants,t he most challenging aspects is wen u don't reach your targets every month because it affects your salary

Great working experience
Working at Metropolitan was great, friendly staff and enjoyed inter acting with different individuals and characters from different backgrounds. I love having to speak to clients being able to change someone's life for the better just makes my world complete because I love helping others. I get along with everyone I encounter I don't know why maybe its in my nature,not only at work but in general. Most challenging is having to convince a potential client to take out a cover whereas they had a bad experience with the company or competitor.

Good company to work for
it is a big company that looks after its employees very well. the only problem with sales is that it is commission based salary which can be a problem in this tough economic environment.
