Co-workers are always there to help and assist where you do not understand
the manager provides leads to work on there energy is lively and people are friendly in a short space of time i have learned alot My manager always support her team What i enjoy the most is that you get to interact with different people and show them your views The most challenging aspect of this kind of job is that you do not always meet your target and when you do not you dont get paid

Good place Call centre was fun You have to work hard Focus is needed becouse ita cold dialing Agents to help each other when one needs help We woek as a team to reach the tem target You have tour own dialy taeget to reach every day We work from 8:00 am till 19:00 pm long hours no rest.

At metropolitan I learn to work as team and know how to communicate with clients especially because with policies such as funeral, investment e.t.c&also work to become independent especially when I captured something for clients on computer.sometime you got people and insult you that difficult time

Excellent working conditions and excellent service and excellent capabilities
-Excellent experience at my previous job and had an honest and amazing time with my co-workers and I have learned how to treat and speak to customers and my co-workers as well and I have learned how to work under pressure and the most challenging aspects where when I have to deliver what was not meant to be done by me

Outgoing and energetic with high levels of endurance. Excellent learning
Helping clients to apply the funeral cover,investments,educational plan. Customer service Apply the first in first principles, to communicate with different people although people are not the same like others take u like u r useless just come down treat them well give them full service.Smile al the time in front of your clients. Great company to work for
the greatest learning exposure, long hours with lots of stress and pressure , I loved working in that space a I developed a drive for results and a passion for customer centricity. The highlight of my day will be having a happy client and paying all claims in time, the most changeling aspect of mmy job was having to work extra hours and come in weekends to meet deadlines.
