My calm and unbiased nature has aided me in being a good leader.
I see myself as a well presented, confident individual with excellent communication and interaction skills. I am keen to take on a challenging post where I can expand on my information-sourcing, organisational, problem solving and decision making abilities whilst enjoying people contact. My ideal concern is a highly professional, diversified one which allows for ongoing learning and career development opportunities.

Excellent growth obstacle
I am an enthusiastic individual who is willing to tackle challenges head on. I want to acquire as much work experience necessary to prepare me for permanent employment. I possess strong verbal writing, communication skills, ability to relate and adapt to a wide range of diverse people. I also pride myself in being flexible, willing and capable of being a team- player. Through my experiences in life and work environment I have developed the ability to work well under pressure. I believe that I have acquired a very good knowledge because of the practical exposure I got from University. I have acquired the ability to load and present information to people at the same time. The combination of all these skills and the willingness to learn gives me characteristics of a good employee and therefore my motto is that every good leader is a willing student.

Mmi holdings
I was extremely happy working at mmi this was the second time i was at the company. Before they were Metropolitan Health. I was in the Gems business unit. The benefits as well as the people i worked with was amazing. I held different positions within the company and most of my customer service experience i gained within this organisation. My reasons for leaving was personal I needed to see to my family and took a break.

Excellent career growth
Working in my organization gives me the flexibility of working where ever I am because we have office in Cape Town, Centurion and Sandton. The work life balance is catered for but remuneration does not speak to the the role and responsibilities.

Outstanding systems and system support.
I love working for MMI Holdings; however i do like being where i am simply because i think my abilities and capabilities are not used. I could be such an asset for the Company, but i am not recognized for my extensive experience. Qualifications are more valued than experience. Passion and Excellence is not recognized. Qualifications mean everything. I have learnt a lot in the 2 years I've been here and have done a good job at my work but could give even more. I enjoy being the best in my region and knowing that every where i am "positive" tings happen. I am a game changer and love challenges. My challenges are mainly HR/Personnel related than operational. I love the systems and the ways operations are run. It make it possible and easy for me to do job. I get along very well with my colleagues and partners in the business.... including my immediate bosses.
Pros: One is given all tools to be able to execute your job.
Cons: Not being recognized simply because you do not have qualifications; not for your experience and excellent performance.

Excellent Learning Curve
I am currently employed by “MMI Holdings (Metropolitan- Momentum Innovation)”. I’m a hard working individual with good qualities and I self-motivated. I ensure that I fulfil my duties entrusted to me. I always strive to do more and make myself available to learn and assist to ensure that I meet the expectations given to me. The positive attributes I possess such as Self- confidence, perseverance &great communication skills have allowed for leadership ability. My attention to detail, honesty, work ethic & ability to accomplish tasks under pressure, has allowed me to achieve success throughout my employment.

Experienced in infrastructure support.
At MMI Holdings I have been working in IT infrastructure and operations department. I have been doing Desktop and Server support which means I give IT support to employees of the company remotely and onsite. I recently started to do Operations support functions. We have a highly pressurized environment as one has to think on one's toes. Our team is a close team with means we give each other support. I like to work in I infrastructure more than my current role in operations support because in infrastructure support work is challenging and interesting as a face different challenges everyday. One keeps learning all the time. I took operations support role to grow and diversify my experience.
Pros: Working for MMI has been great as I have had a chance to learn a lot from many teams that we work with.
Cons: In recent years opportunities have become very limited in IT for employees in Cape Town as the company is centralizing systems in Centurion.

Recruitment & Profile Updating Managing the recruitment process: • Shortlisting candidates according the role (job) specifications and requirements • Setting up interviews • Liaising with agencies. • Setting up of assessments. • Conducting risk assessments (e.g. reference checks, employment checks, credit and criminal checks (MIE) • Ensure new recruits attend or have been reminded to attend the relevant induction program and orientation as per the MMI on boarding processes • Providing feedback to candidates • Providing Feedback to line manager and keeping them up to date • Maintaining sound relationship with agencies

Learning to value my team
- Team monitoring and ensure that everyone adheres to the schedule -Very good I interact very well with my co-workers -I have learned a lot especially how to deal with different characters -Being part of my team as they make me feel at home, we treat each other like family -the most challenging part of the job is systems
