Great exposure in the medical industry in general as we general medical healthcare orientated
I am a qualified Dental Assistant. i have exposure in the clinical dental field, I have also worked as a dental case manager at GEMS medical aids which gave me exposure on the not so clinical side but more business and claims side of things. I am currently working in a GEMS medical aid call centre where we are a one stop shop for all queries and escalate to different departments where necessary. I have grown in terms of experience and how I handle my queries as we deal with professionals on a daily basis.
Pros: Exposure to working with professionals and assisting them accordingly

Pressurized environment
A call centre is a very fast paced environment and the administration does not end. There is always pressure and one need to always be up their game. I could not multi task when i started working for MMI but i had to work on that weakness and make sure i pay attention to detail in the process. which i did pretty well. typical work days would be towards month end and beginning of the month when we have new starters. I really enjoyed recruitment, interviewing and having to select suitable candidates for the business was fulfilling. Team work is part of company values and the HR team possessed that every single day.
Pros: exposure to all relevant responsibilities and departments to groom an individual

Excellent
My life to date I've been preparing myself to become the very best sales consultant I can be. I've doing cold calling with MMI Holdings selling long term insurance. My job entails calling clients selling products making appointment, making presentation, handling objections and closing sales.when I exceed my monthly target it makes me feel fulfilled. what I like the most about my job is that there is no limitation in terms of income. there is growth financially and career wise. I cultivate a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot handling objections, building a trusting relationship with my clients. hard work work pays off at the end of the day.
Pros: If you doing well you get recognition like team leader position and other positions
Cons: I can not complain about long ours because that gives you a great chance to make more money. I cannot be tired to make more money.

I am ambitious vibrant person looking for new challenges and learning.
Creating automation test on an API level Interact with business every morning on new development: Meet every morning and work off the bug list. Learn new tools like Cucumber. I interact allot with business and share my knowledge with them on a daily basis plus helping the business analyst with current system requirements.
Pros: Learn new software, always new challenges with new projects.
Cons: No growth to a management position.

Excellent learning curve
I have been in my current position +- 14 months, something I have never been exposed to and I find it very interesting and enjoyable. a typical day at work include compiling reports if I am not attending trustee meetings or processing claims. I am also responsible for investigating death claims, in particular collating all the documentation and requesting documents that is outstanding. the most challenging aspect of my job is getting used to the admin system. I get along well with my colleagues.
Pros: Great career developement / personal growth
