Valuable customer skills acquired dealing with broker consultants and employers/members
My experience at my previous employers has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to skillfully service existing and potential clients. I also worked at Momentum Employee benefits as a Fund administrator, where I further cultivated useful customer service abilities while handling administrative support for clients on a wide range of company products. Working there, I was able to resolve issues and escalate system support enquiries.

Great opportunity
I work with a team of 6 colleagues though i am always not in the office out seeing clients,We have the greatest relationship.My typical day starts at 7:30 with going through my mails and giving feedback if there are outstanding issues,Then proceed to my meetings with broker/clients which we discuss array of issues could be servicing issues,planning marketing activities or having client joint call either with me alone or with our specialists.More than anything i have learnt professionalism,my work ethic has improved.I enjoy mostly to interact with different people and learn a lot from them.The most challenging aspect is the fact that it is a third party marketing JOB so i have a little control of the outcome.

Good work environment
The work environment is good. Just the benefits are not there which makes it demotivating to work very hard and put in extra time and then there are no bonuses or other rewards. Also the increase come to you at like R600, whereas there is still medical aid to pay for out of pocket and the the rates increase annually

Working environment
Daily reviews with clients ,to enhance and give them a greater understanding of their portfolio,benefits and importance of financial planning . I offered great service and was accessible to my clients up til 6pm daily . I encouraged co workers to focus on their goals and how to seek opportunities to their clients . The most rewarding moments where when my clients took care of their health and where rewarded by financial programmers. It was a win win situation as that is the bigger focus of financial planning , having peace of mind
Pros: Unlimited salary opportunities , collaborating with clients and companies to promote sound financial advice , flexible working hours , job satisfaction by growing with your clients and offering great service and advice
Cons: Working hours can be long , when clients don't honour their commitments, clients lack if understanding of the industry

Good company. nice working environment. lots of team building and community based environment. It is a large company with a lot of different people and characters. mostly good than bad things happen there.

Excellent Learning Curve
Good relationship with my co workers. i have learnt how to deal with clients. enjoyed my job a lot. i learned something new everyday. working on a deadline was challenging

Working in New Business
Working in new business is a challenging experience with daily challenges, from meeting turnaround times, changing processes, and difficult financial advisers. But even with all that its been a great opportunity to work for this company with co-workers that is more like a family then co-workers.they give you the ability to learn new processes and information on products available.
Pros: great people to work with
Cons: no real opportunity to move to another position
