My typical work day Is so challenging because I dealt with different client everyday with different understanding especially on investment(our business) Relationship with co-workers Hardworking, Result-Oriented, Self starter, Team player, Disciplined, Ambitious, Innovative, Good working to deadlines and highly adaptable. What I have learnt Respect people and they cultures, Private and confidential for client's documents. respect company policy and respect time. Enjoy Most Team work, support from management, Entertainment. Most challenging System /Unfair treatment

Good experience
One the best company to work for. Always one has to prospect, such new avenue. We work independently. Most challenging was to service the existing clients, mostly whites would prefer white advisers.

A good learning curve.
My day to day has mostly been different now and then. Over and above my duties I have worked with process analysis and mapping projects. I am currently based in finance working with Actuarial Analysts, doing predictive analysis, APE calculations, etc I love the exposure to different areas of the business and the different views ive studied from other specialist's perspective. This enriches my problem solving analysis and skills as I get to look at business risk from other angles other than data. Make it work hand in hand as opposed to giving only data analysis but recommendations as well.

MMI provides excellent training platform to help one grow professionally especially for entry level.
At this organization you come across different personalities and people with different values. The level of support that they provide to each other is amazing you come across a lot of friendly personalities and highly experienced individuals. The company provide team buildings that allow employees to blend with other colleges in other departments, Most importantly it encourages one to be himself.

Learning happen everyday
I have an extensive knowledge and experience in the Long Term Insurance especially in the call center and handling difficult inquiries with brokers and clients. I have completed my ETDP and qualified Trainer Facilitator. I can handle different computer program me like excel and word and power point etc. If you are looking for a committed passionate individual. Importance of integrity in a financial services industry.
Very strong passion about Financial planning industry with more than 5 years in a client facing role giving holistic financial advice to clients. I have just completed my Post graduate diploma in Financial planning and I will be writing CFP Competency exam in February next year. I have got RE5 FAIS regulatory exam. My strong passion is with Pre & Post Retirement planning.

Passion produces Quality
I assist brokers and advisers with their new business applications, I do quality checks and do all the needed paperwork for said applications, my manager can count on me going the extra mile, helping out at colleagues desks when they are away. I am the reliable and accountable "go-to" guy in the office.
Pros: I work in a very nice environment
Cons: The culture at our branch might need a little help and currently I feel the need for a new challenge after 13 years
