It is a very challenging job, but with less new to learn. The team is great and consist of very helpful colleagues. I have managed to learn a lot from my colleagues but the challenging part of my job is the lack of support from the 2nd line in most cases.

Great start and amazing environmnt
A typical working day consist of long working hours. A spirit of movement between co-workers. I have learnt the importance of patience and asking questions always put my clients first and do what is best for them without me compromising my personal values. Engaging with clients its the most amazing feeling ever. Finding the balance between doing the right hing and doing the right now thing.

Excellent learning curve
A great company with a great diversity. A very friendly environment, stuff, a great opportunity to network, professional growth. The company allows you to be yourself, develop, grow and to network and to improve your skills. The company encourages you to further your studies and somehow they teach you and groom you.

Key Account manager I enjoy working with people of all races and different types of sexual orientation. I am happy and loving South African citizen that wishes to contribute to the economic success of my country. I have learnt to be a strong character due to different interactions with different managerial personnel of different organizations. I enjoy helping people and introducing new adventures and accomplish business relations. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with people that have racial ideology. People who are not yet ready to embrace the rain bow nation.

Excellent learning curve
I have a habit of working under extreme level of discipline,in highly controlledworkin g environment.and habit of handling conflict between myself and others as well as facilitating an outcome when there is conflict between others.my behavioural preferences is to work in association with others to interact with people and work towards a common gaol.my type of approach has the right balance towardsa very successful career.

Learning and Growth
I love my work and that I have to interact with clients on a daily base, I learn new things everyday and I enjoy working with my team. Most challenging things about my job is that I work with specialist brokers in preferred team. I have to up my standards everyday and make sure I am professional and provide excellent and quality and service always.

Customer Service Specialist
A typical day would be busy and exciting, there is always a buzz in the air everyone is in a rush and under pressure to ensure that all calls are answered in time and every client is given urgent attention. My relationship with my co-workers is Excellent some of them have become like family. I have learnt that the harder you work the greater the outcome, give your best off in everything you do and you will excel. I enjoy that I am able to help someone and make a difference in their lives. Is to remain motivated and calm.
