Customer Service Specialist
A typical day would be busy and exciting, there is always a buzz in the air everyone is in a rush and under pressure to ensure that all calls are answered in time and every client is given urgent attention. My relationship with my co-workers is Excellent some of them have become like family. I have learnt that the harder you work the greater the outcome, give your best off in everything you do and you will excel. I enjoy that I am able to help someone and make a difference in their lives. Is to remain motivated and calm.

A typical workday consist of me generating clients for Momentum and building my own client base. I am a team player and like to work and measure myself againts other co-worker, always trying to be the best. I have learnt that to reach the top you have to walk the extra mile everyday and i enjoy giving people something to say wow about and that this was time well spend. The most challaging aspect of my job is to always generate new clients. I am a self starter and motivated person who would love the oppertunity to get back into a position to be able to make a positive change to the company i work for. I am looking for something more stable than will earn me a monthly fixed salary to provide for my family. Please give me the oppertunity to present myself in an interview to proof myself.

Good company with work-life balance
- A typical work day characterized by semi-casual dress code and good work environment - Relationship with co-workers not the best. Its not easy to get help or job training and even then not all information is shared. -I enjoy most the flexible work hours - The most challenging aspects of the job - you have yo fight hard to be heard

Great learning curve for my career
My job is very flexible, I get to define my job description on a daily basis, I am the captain of my own ship with weekly reporting to my manager. I have very supportive core workers. We help each other resolve difficult cases which we come across with our clients. I have learnt how to manage a business from administrative work, being Tax compliant to financial planning duties and keeping my diary updated every day. On the other hand the job is really challenging because I have limited resources to run my practice. All business costs are my responsibility, there are months where I struggle to get business and being commission based its really frustrating.
Pros: The job is very rewarding we have bonus

Great opportunity
I work with a team of 6 colleagues though i am always not in the office out seeing clients,We have the greatest relationship.My typical day starts at 7:30 with going through my mails and giving feedback if there are outstanding issues,Then proceed to my meetings with broker/clients which we discuss array of issues could be servicing issues,planning marketing activities or having client joint call either with me alone or with our specialists.More than anything i have learnt professionalism,my work ethic has improved.I enjoy mostly to interact with different people and learn a lot from them.The most challenging aspect is the fact that it is a third party marketing JOB so i have a little control of the outcome.

Promotion of a learning culture
The environment at MMI is great. Hours are flexible, no micro managing, one is given the opportunity to be responsible and take accountability of work and time. The relationship with co-workers is great, we get along very well, assist one another well in all projects, we always meet deadlines. What I enjoy most about my job is the analysis of the reports and put together data. what is challenging is when you need information from certain divisions in the organisation and you don't receive any corporation . I have learnt that when sharing knowledge and empowering one another , one can really go far in life.

Good experience
One the best company to work for. Always one has to prospect, such new avenue. We work independently. Most challenging was to service the existing clients, mostly whites would prefer white advisers.

MMI provides excellent training platform to help one grow professionally especially for entry level.
At this organization you come across different personalities and people with different values. The level of support that they provide to each other is amazing you come across a lot of friendly personalities and highly experienced individuals. The company provide team buildings that allow employees to blend with other colleges in other departments, Most importantly it encourages one to be himself.
