Knowledge and skills on how to interact with clients.
Through hard work I was promoted for a position of being a Supervisor. My position is to; lead a team, perform authorization, authorize hours of the stuff, Manage Cash-Desk, Admin and check out the stock. Working with customers is never easy because you have to put them first every time and you must stay calm even if they are wrong. Through it all working in the retail has taught me so many things, such as the manner of approaching the customers, problem solving and how to interact with the customers on daily basis.
Pros: I have a knowledge and skills of how to lead a team to delegate, problem solving and good communication with clients.
Cons: Standing the whole 8 or 9 hours

Iam a fast learner. I love working with people.
I have learnt that dealing with customers, need tact, endurance, enthusiasm and a sense of humour in order to succeed in any industry. I have good working relations with individuals from all cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Iam very organised, resourceful and competent in dealing with people in communication, both verbally and in written form, I learnt this very well from doing projects at school with other students. At school and at work I interacted with people from different back grounds with different beliefs and values. I have developed interpersonal skills, particularly in communication and hve gained a healthy self confidence, sense of responsibility and respect for diversity. Iam a self motivated hard worker.
Pros: If I wasnt a student I was standing a great opportunity of being promoted to be a permant

Everything that I learned
The company is a very big company but from my experience and evidence given by colleagues it takes ages for one to progress to a managerial level and it also doesn't give the necessary tools to grow in the company so this has showed to me that for my own personal growth to be guaranteed I have to look for greater opportunities to ensure greener pastures. The staff is like family and have great team work if I would say they were bad then I would be lying. I enjoyed the team building sessions.

Excellent training and development
I'm Julian 27 years old I've been at mrp for past 7 years I started as a casual and ended up in a management post I'm determined and self motivated individual who always do my best in anything I do. I learnt to respect everyone and treat them as the way u would want to be treated. My colleagues will describe me as a fun jovial person willing to go the extra mile and always helping those who need help. The things I enjoy most is working together in a team accomplishing tasks. Dealing with difficult customers I would have a challenge with but IL still win eventually after a long battle.

I have learned alot at Mr price and did meet Good people too.
I work at Mr price for 10 years I was first sales assistant ,and I work about 6years then I became a second incharge I love too work at Mr price and with the people I worked with awesome people but I had too leave Cause I needed too experience new things and take new challenges on so please consider me as one of candidate .My job description work with customer and always let true the customer always go with a smile out of the shop and receive boxers and send boxers out with courier and merchandise and I love too help customer and my co- workers out.
Pros: I worked too get a promotion but all glory too God.
Cons: Working hours was 8:30-5:30 and weekend off and weekend on.

Fast learner
My review is that I'm willing to learn anything and anytime I am willing to take any job opportunities that get I willing to take all the training's that you give me and I can assure you that I am a fast learner and energetic person and a loyal person to my work

I am a calm person,polite and I want to move through the ranks of my job
I am a young vibrant person with good communication skills and willing to go all mines with my job.I am reliable,punctual,and I am committed to my work.I prioritize my responsibility so that i have an idea of what is needed to b done.

Exceptional
My Price is where I started working after my matric. I was so dedicated which resulted in 3 times promotion within a year. I have learned a lot which includes dealing with difficult customers, compromising the company's hours and miscommunications with management and stuff. It's not easy to deal with a person because they also have brains to think. yet all in all staying in Mr Price its not an option. not because of long hours or its hectiness but I need a better job with a better salary.

Good opportunities
I've learned so many things about business and also to control stock.I have so many ideas of making money in a business and im good with planning and delivering good daily or monthly target.at first it was a challenge but I ended up gaining knowledge through it

Excellent learning curve
We worked from 9-6 and my relationship with workers was awesome because well I enjoy talking I was that person who always made them to laugh.I learnt stock taking,to be a cashier and sort the new stock in terms of their barcodes.I enjoyed helping out customers when they needed assistance.It when the customer is complaining about something they bought and they didn't follow the instructions on how to use it,but it was always "The customer is always right" so we always refunded them and took back whatever they bought.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotions and markdowns
Cons: Always standing even when there's nothing to do we had to stand in the isle
