I would describe myself as an energetic person who is easy to talk to, detail-oriented, dedicated, determined, organised, team player, trust worthy reliable, and creative thinker who is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow to become a more beneficial employee. I set goals for myself, and I persistently try to achieve them. I think that those skills will make me a valuable asset for the company. I can sometimes be a bit of a perfectionist but I’ve learned to be satisfied as long as I’ve put forth my best effort. I also enjoy working with others and being part of a close-knit team

All in a days work
Checking online fraud, attend polic meetings, do reports, I have learnt the different modus operandi used by criminals, I enjoy the flexibility and the happy working environment, It is something new and challenging everyday. The most challenging aspect is the tracing of possible fraudulents suspects.

Good team
I enjoy speaking to customer . Helping them out. I have learnt alot within the retail industry and customer service response. Mr price has set a new platform for me. Gaining more knowledge is my key goal

Excellent experience and learning curve
A typical work day consists of analyzing and report on data such as labour hours, labour contracts and stock inputs in stores. The work environment is great and the people are easy to work with. The most challenging aspects of the job is training store associates to use the system which is a scheduling tool. The most i have learnt from this job is time management and team work.

It is a learning curve
My day starts off at 7.45 when i get to the store i do my start of day in the system check promotions,targets for the day Ive always treated my fellow colleques with respest and since we spend half of our lives in the work place i made it fun too Ive learnt that being a manager is not only about crunching numbers in the system only its about the people because they are the ones that carry you I enjoy the relationship i have with with my staff.I enjoy the fact that after a long day and meeting targets we get incentives on a job well done The most challenging aspects of the retail is meeting targets..sometimes i feel like its not only up to me,the economy plays a major role too..

Gained lot of experience
It was a good opportunity to work in a retail store like Mr price. Working with customers helps on being friendly and having fun. Working as a team is what we do. Working on the target for a year and achieving the goals. The most challenging of the job is when you deal with difficult customers hence they say customers are always right. Also when it is that time of the year where you have to fight with the stock loss. It becomes busy and hectic to manage the store. Thank you

Work experience curve
Its hectic working at my company, because i do multitasking work... doing customer service, housekeeping, security, receiving, unpacking and scanning stock. But. Overall it's a great place to get work experience and my co- workers made my job to be easy because we also do a team work

I learnt how to be patient n how to deal with different mood's of customers
Mr.Price was a fun place to work in,we sold furniture And house things,My second home is at work...I spend most of my time.Working there taught me a lot...it taught me how to treat customers with utmost respect.And the customer is always right...we got intensives for attracting the target market,we would compete everyday and when the whole store would make over target we would be bought lunch.Every after 6months we did stockip taking and when that was great our salaries were doubled...so everyone was energised and determined to work everyday.The most challenging aspect was changing the layout for the entire store because when the area manager didn't like the way we merchandise we had to start all over again

Great customer service
Send and recieve customer calls with regards to customer queries. Ensuring that my team work effectively to meet required goals. Ensure that customer service is adhered to. In all socializing with different customers has taught me a lot in a way of handling them as they are different people.

I learned alot about customer service
Team work is very important at Mr Price. Daily unpacking of stock, assisting customers at till points. Helping customers apply for accounts. Calling Mr Price customer careline regarding clients account. Managing of accounts assisting co- workers where its needed. Helping customers with assistance while pushing to make a daily target, on encouraging clients to buy the products. I have learned that a customer is always right. Interacting with a customer while they busy shopping eases them to buy more, cause it makes them comfortable in asking you what will suit them or for resent stock. My job was very challenging cause it gets very busy at times, so you had to attend as many customers in a day. There were days when we are short staffed but that never discourged us to make our daily target. And never let situations that a cured disturb your working attics.
