I would describe myself as an energetic person who is easy to talk to, detail-oriented, dedicated, determined, organised, team player, trust worthy reliable, and creative thinker who is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow to become a more beneficial employee. I set goals for myself, and I persistently try to achieve them. I think that those skills will make me a valuable asset for the company. I can sometimes be a bit of a perfectionist but I’ve learned to be satisfied as long as I’ve put forth my best effort. I also enjoy working with others and being part of a close-knit team

All in a days work
Checking online fraud, attend polic meetings, do reports, I have learnt the different modus operandi used by criminals, I enjoy the flexibility and the happy working environment, It is something new and challenging everyday. The most challenging aspect is the tracing of possible fraudulents suspects.

Mature and focus
Most of my career I spend in Retail. The best part it for me was when I was a admin Risk manager and focused on the admin and compliance side of the business. I believe I am the ideal person for the position as my skills will be beneficial in the role as a admin manager. I have 32 staff reporting to me and know how to get the maximum out of people. I also are experience in IR and ER and human resources. Recruitment and staff scheduling. Budget controls and asset management.

Good
Working at Mr Price we worked 9 hours a day, sometimes we worked extra hours due to lot of stock counting I had a good relationship with my collegues they taught me lot of things , like being humble to every customer, respect and being a good team leader . the most thing i enjoyed about my working eviroment is working with people it showed me diffrent kind of people the most challenging thing is the helping angry customers and those who will steal in the shop

Excellent
Am a hard worker, and I love to work with different kind of people. To learn more,to get more information about work, The most thing that I like to work with my collegues its when we work as team, and participate to everything we do, there is a bad days at work but I handle in a right way

Excellent training
working hours 08:00 to 18:00 during the week come weekend 09:00 to 15:00. first thing when arrive we login start or daily meetings and pray Working at Mr Price it was a great thing because I got to meet different people and personalities...We had a strong relationship, communication was not that bad but when coming to customer service we make no mistake. I've learned so many things in retails stores like I learned how to check barcodes, using the mobiles in the store, also learned manage the department, learned how tho check promotions and mark downs and to keep the stock room in order no matter how pack the stock is. It was great. I enjoyed doing my daily job responsibilities and helping customers with anything they need and also keeping security in the store. the challenges occurs during holidays and when we are suppose to reach high daily amount targets.

DEPRESSION
ENJOY GROWING THE STORES I MANAGED MEETING TARGETS MOST CHALLENGING, RUNNING A 1500 SQUARE METERS STORE WITH 40 AND 30 HOURS CONTRACTS MANAGING 65 HOURS TRADING STORE WITH 25,30, AND 40 HOURS CONTRACTS. DOING STOCK COUNT EVERY MONTH WHEN STOCK IS POURING IN PLANNING DAYS OFF WHEN 25,30,AND 40 HOURS CONTRACTS EACH STAFF CONTRACT HAS TWO DAYS OFF WEEKLY

I learnt how to be patient n how to deal with different mood's of customers
Mr.Price was a fun place to work in,we sold furniture And house things,My second home is at work...I spend most of my time.Working there taught me a lot...it taught me how to treat customers with utmost respect.And the customer is always right...we got intensives for attracting the target market,we would compete everyday and when the whole store would make over target we would be bought lunch.Every after 6months we did stockip taking and when that was great our salaries were doubled...so everyone was energised and determined to work everyday.The most challenging aspect was changing the layout for the entire store because when the area manager didn't like the way we merchandise we had to start all over again
