I learnt how to be patient n how to deal with different mood's of customers
Mr.Price was a fun place to work in,we sold furniture And house things,My second home is at work...I spend most of my time.Working there taught me a lot...it taught me how to treat customers with utmost respect.And the customer is always right...we got intensives for attracting the target market,we would compete everyday and when the whole store would make over target we would be bought lunch.Every after 6months we did stockip taking and when that was great our salaries were doubled...so everyone was energised and determined to work everyday.The most challenging aspect was changing the layout for the entire store because when the area manager didn't like the way we merchandise we had to start all over again

Good experiance working at mr price
working at mr price was such good experiance,I can now able to deal with more than 1 customer at same time.work as a tearm is other most important thing I have learnt because you achieve good things

Excellent experience ground
Actually Mondays are the most hectic and must-be-at work days properly. Though it was very easy for us to do the job done because we are a very cooperative team, and working towards what will benefit the rest of our team members. Therefore I have learned not to an independent, but to cooperate because two are better than one. I also enjoyed how our manager treated us.He allowed us to Share our ideas of how we can grow the business. But one thing that was very challenging to me was only when we work over and not paying for it.

Being honest its a great first part in your working place
working at mr price for that 3yrs i learned a lot of things like knowing how to talk to customers being clean all the time counts to your first approach with the customer my relationship with my co-workers was so cool more especially when we secrifies for coming early before our working hours starts due to when we have a lot of work to be done the understanding and the love we had was so adorable i did enjoy when we all work hard and reaching our target as the shop is expecting the most challenging moment is where the manager shout at you front of the customers the most challenging aspect is were by the delivery cums in large number while you still had a lot on our stock room.

A great learning curve for all
I pitch in at work at 8:00 am but my actual shift starts at 9:00 Start with daily planning of who are the cashiers for the day..lunch times,tasks for the staff depends on which day of the week it is.Do the figure book to the current date and check how ahead and far behind if we are.Check if we are receiving stock for the day as well as banking. .allocate pity cash for cashiers to bank for change.
Pros: Share partnership of long working permanent members over a period of 12 months get a share stake in the company I think that is such an excellent gesture from the company.

Im a good person at assisting customers and respect staff members and my manager also.
My workday was always amazing, because I enjoy to work around with many people. I have excellent communication with other people either customers or staff. What's I learn is that customers they always right and as a customer assistance there is no need to argue with customer's, in staff members you supposed to be like sibling if you work together. In the organisation it usually to meet different cultural people and you supposed to respect there culture and soall, treat others with respect and not gossiping with each other. I was enjoying to doing my work at my best beside to be guided by any one, joking with customers and staff when it possible. it challenging to do your best at your work always be side to be always guided

Cons: i was come in the morning and being taut about the yesterday target, if we meet it was means we doing very well n if we not meet it we was supposed to word harder, and then talk about a day target. if there is any thing in markdown that is at stock room take it all to d floor and clothes which customers they buy it a lot, jeans always buyed so we supposed to put it in the floor so that customers can get it

I have gained a lot from Mr. Price store at Watercrest Mall. I have gained valuable knowledge
working at Mr. Price working there was a honor. People do clash but we always resolved things because at the end of the day we remembered that we were a team. I respected everyone from top management to lower management. we all had a good, healthy relationship. there were times were we could play but there were times were we had to work hard. i wish them all the best. merchandising was the most difficult part but also very interesting. many memories were shared, and will be memorable forever. First time working and everything was perfect, i was treated well and respected, appreciated and motivated by all stuff. unpacking and packing clothes, assisting customers from right to left, being pressured by customers at time but it was not something i could not handle. i was taught well as i was training there.

Good customer services
being a casual worker at the mr price group came as a surprise alarm but responded to it because you may never know where throws you at. i had the most precious experience gaining until my contract ended. it has always been amazing to experience that team work is forever helpful in life of a human being and learnt that you should always be committed to any type of work you are being offered

Excellent and good experience toward a view of work.
i did learn lot of things on my previous work and i still can do more then that because i m up for any challenge i do face at working place. the relationship is the best things on work to your co-workers when you do your work as they do instructed you yes i did enjoy working in Mr price as a visual merchandise.
