I come upon your advertisement about job opening. I am interested for the job position, and would like to apply for the same. Currently with MTN customer service (inbound) call center. I have a vast knowledge of more than five years in total, working within the insurance companies in which time I have occupied various positions within the sales department outbound call center. I have done very well in my previous company’s. I have very good knowledge of the changing market scenario, I understand the different strategies used by different companies very well. I am keen to develop my career in your company and I do appreciate that this being a different environment, there are still lots to be learnt and look forward to the learning opportunities and own set of challenges that come along with the role. I am a fast learner and given the skills and knowledge that already possess. I believe that I will be able to add value to the success of your organization,

Good communication skills
I have obtained my qualifications in Business Administration specialization in Accounting and Information System and had no luck of finding a job due to lack of experience. I am displined to work on my own or with the teams, am a hard working candidate. I am always ready for new challenges.

It would be excellent growth for me to pursue my career in other levels .
As my exprience at my current work place has given me alot of character how to work proffessionally .I also learn how to work with difficult client .I wok well with my co-workers where i enjoy working wwwwith people where i have the best communication skills.

Not a good working environment
Not much opportunity in The SSH at the moment and also the company doesn't really consider personal needs as they have made a big decision to relocate without consulting the staff. There is also favoritism from management

Learning curve
i work to asist client with new contracts and existing conracts with upgrades, i also assist clients with querries on their accounts and work to get them resloved, it may be client not receiving their monthly bundles or their number is locked etc. i also assit client with in store cash purchases and help them to set up their handsets to get them started. My responsibilities are also to log querries on their respective systems to assist clients. I assist client with any issues they might have and direct them to the relavant departments if we cant assist at store level.
