MTN is Good Company I just got retrenched which made me to become Jobless. Good people ,Good team work. Working hours were not good. Support from colleagues

I am a hardworking sales person. I meet my monthly targets and achieve my KPI. I go out of my way to uphold my company values. I reach out to each client entering our store and I make them fee welcome

It was a good experience and a good learning curve
It ws great working for MTN i learned to be responsible because the people who were scanning the phone were depending on me so i had to do my jobs in time so that they dnt wait for me.we were awarded for the hard work that we do ,it encouraged me to word hard so that i can win the employee of the month award n i habe won it serveral time.

Excellent learning curve, good commision structure
Excellent working environment Have learnt professionalism, how to handle an angry client, to do sell and handle objections I enjoyed the team buildings, training structure and free gifts The most challenging aspects were delays, system being online, late deliveries of stock, complaints and returns.
Pros: No opportunity for growth - no permanent positions

Great opportunity to grow
I am a bright, cheerful, highly enthusiastic individual who is motivated by challenge and success. I am a people person and possess an excellent communication skill. I am known to have a strong commercial approach with ability to adapt and succeed not only in different working environments, but also to variety of job skills. I am a neat, pleasant, regular and a punctual person. I am also good in handling confidential matters

Team work, works
At mtn there are daily tasks to be performed,but the most exciting part of my job would be meeting new clients daily and building long term relationships with clients at times things would become challenging, like with systems that is down or slow, but its then that we remain calm, constant giving 110% no matter what. My colleagues though each had there own personality traits we enjoyed our times together and respected each other's differences and always tried our best in assisting where we could to make work load lighter, making it easier in assisting with the next client.

Excellent work experience and a deal of learning a lot.
Learned a lot. Got skilled more on systems and communication skills and interpersonal skills. Had a great working environment with bubbly co- workers. Challenging and very exciting place to be.

A typical Day @ Work
Review the day's task Identify and list task per priority level Engage the team on the task/ project of the day, sensitize the team of work priorities, Take a cup of coffee and Get going with the work of the day, Allocate the time for debrief in the afternoon to measure the progress and completeness. Consolidate the feedback report, Submit to the team for peer review prior to finalization, then send it off.
