Good Background

MTN is Good Company I just got retrenched which made me to become Jobless. Good people ,Good team work. Working hours were not good. Support from colleagues

Excellent customer service

I am a hardworking sales person. I meet my monthly targets and achieve my KPI. I go out of my way to uphold my company values. I reach out to each client entering our store and I make them fee welcome

Excellent learning curve

Working at MTN was an excellent learning curve for me. I learnt how to handle different customers from different backgrounds, it was a bit challenging at time but I enjoyed the challenge. I learned how to be a good team player and also some leadership skills. I had a wonderful relationship with my superiors and colleagues. If anyone was struggling with something everyone was willing to assist. A typical day at MTN would be customers coming in to enquire,upgrade existing contracts, open new contracts, query their accounts or bring in their phone for repairs. The most challenging aspect if the job was when queries were escalated and took longer than the turnaround time to be resolved, this damaged relationships with customers.

Pros: The incentive were the best and a very vibey working environment
Cons: Unrealistic targets

Great learning experience

I learned a lot from working at MTN, as a call cebtre agent i had to deal with irate customers and im many occasions i waa able to calm a customer down and be able to build a sort of truat between us where they'd call and ask to speak to me which was not allowed, i would go the extra mile

Excellent learning curve, good commision structure

Excellent working environment Have learnt professionalism, how to handle an angry client, to do sell and handle objections I enjoyed the team buildings, training structure and free gifts The most challenging aspects were delays, system being online, late deliveries of stock, complaints and returns.

Pros: No opportunity for growth - no permanent positions
Cons: Long hours, frequent retrencements

Good communication skills, processing orders, Administration

I completed matric in 2000, and am currently in a possession of an NQF Level 5 Certificate in Logistic and Supply Chain Management obtained at the University of Witwatersrand and Project management with UNISA. I have specialise on strategic logistic management, structuring logistic value chain, gaining competitive advantage through logistics, operationalizing logistic systems, distributing methods, material Flow, information flows, financial flows I am working as a call centre agent. I am a very dedicated, committed and hardworking lady who is able work under pressure. I am a team worker who is always willing to learn. I am therefore prepared to take up any challenge when given an opportunity by Department to do so.

Microsoft office, Microsoft word, outlook, good communication skills

I'm currently unemployed .I'm looking for a permanent employment at your Company. As you can see on my resume attached here I have lengthy of experience in Banking sector ,Customer Services and in debt collecting. My qualifications and exposure that i have allows me to work in the administration and sales consulting environment. I'm also willing to learn new skills, as I believe that learning is a journey and also believe that given necessary exposure and training I can learn almost whatever skills. Hard worker

Working at Mtn as a consultant is has been good. A typical work day for me would be to work with different customers as well as get admin work done in the same day. My work is a bit overwhelming sometimes although I feel great as I work with good colleagues who is always a helping hand.Everyday is a different day with most good customers and only one or two bad ones.I enjoy seeing a customer go out the store happy with a big smile on their face.

Mtn failed me

i was emplyed under Labour brokers and for the first 2 years i had hoped i would be permant, but posts were un available even though people i worked with who were permannt were resigning and in the end the shoved me out like i never mattered. the work environment was not all bad but the morale was low

Pros: it was a great step up and the hours were perfect for me
Cons: the retrenchments
