I would really love to be part of such an outstanding company. I am enthusiastic, determined, motivated, disciplined, patient and a quick learner. I am highly competent and prepared to learn. I have excellent communication skills, leadership skills and managerial skills. I have done customer service for 9 years. Customer service is my specialty. I also specialize in 11 different South African languages. I also type up to 45 words per minute. And when I start something, I always adhere to it until the end. I am fascinated with the sector and would love to grow within the company.

Excellent working environment everyday is a challenge
warrant claims administrator ,meaning do something to the best of your ability because of the fact that you are dealing with customers and making sure claims get submitted ,to make sure all claims are resubmitted that have been rejected month end report on power point ordering to spare parts when need creating PO`S AND NPI`S
Pros: team work ,respect and integrity with a can do spirit
Cons: Dont take lunch when you know that there is work that needs to be done

I am selling airtym and simcard.porting and selling MTN mobile money phone.and also promotion in field.i have a good experience in sales consultant marketing.i know how to convince a customer I'm good.pls don't hesitate to contact me.im willing to learn and explore in the future.

Employer of choice
Great place to work. Numerous learning opportunities. Many consultants so exposure to trends, analytics and latest practice. Unfortunately weak HR. No succession planning. No vision in HR.

Mtn has beena good employer to me.
My typical work day starts with reviewing the previous day's work, i.e. documentation, banking, etc. We have our highs and lows with my team, I'm not a dictator. I've learnt to be consistent and fair with all team members and to track individual performance on daily, weekly, monthly, etc basis. Challenging times was when I had to take some to disciplinary hearings. I enjoy motivating my team members individually, and seeing them contributing positively after such seatings made me happy.

Excellent learning curve
You Mostly dealt with customer queries and complaints. Doing your utmost best to resolve them. Requesting credits where required. Upselling to maximise sales under stressful circumstances. The main focus area was to reach and exceed sales targets by forging relationships and maintaining those relationships with customers .
Pros: Good commission
Cons: Irate customer's and long hours. Always working weekends.
