A typical Day @ Work
Review the day's task Identify and list task per priority level Engage the team on the task/ project of the day, sensitize the team of work priorities, Take a cup of coffee and Get going with the work of the day, Allocate the time for debrief in the afternoon to measure the progress and completeness. Consolidate the feedback report, Submit to the team for peer review prior to finalization, then send it off.

Transparency
ii learn to be always transparent with customers and give every customer the best experience and never judge any person base on their attire, I was at mtn brooklyn when a tall and dark man approached me and ask how much was S10 cash ,I told him the price and within the blink on eye he said please give 3 of those and i was so shocked and embarrassed because i was not giving him much attention because of the clothes he had on....i have learned not to judge people based on their attire for that particular moment

Being at the fore front of technology and connecting people
Working for a telecoms company gives you a view or sight into the future. You are seeing the latest in technology before many others have it in their hand. You have the ability to influence and mold peoples minds around the future of technology. We are at the fore front of connecting people and creating a new world in the homes of people by giving them an ecosystem that makes their lives simpler and relevant. Working with people in a team in my view is the best type of learning you will ever have. You get to experience so much more than just brain storming, you learn about different people and their culture. Understanding people and their culture is powerful. Being analytical myself give mes an opportunity to help others resolve difficult situations, be it technical or in anyway. Giving our customers the best products and services to improve their lives is what makes me happy and successful.

Excellent learning curve
My tenure at MTN was characterised by great exposure to customer service industry. I got to appreciate how vital it is to provide customers with excellent customer experience which in turn helps in building customer rapport.

Excellent learning curve
Working at MTN was an excellent learning curve for me. I learnt how to handle different customers from different backgrounds, it was a bit challenging at time but I enjoyed the challenge. I learned how to be a good team player and also some leadership skills. I had a wonderful relationship with my superiors and colleagues. If anyone was struggling with something everyone was willing to assist. A typical day at MTN would be customers coming in to enquire,upgrade existing contracts, open new contracts, query their accounts or bring in their phone for repairs. The most challenging aspect if the job was when queries were escalated and took longer than the turnaround time to be resolved, this damaged relationships with customers.
Pros: The incentive were the best and a very vibey working environment

I am a very dedicated, committed and hardworking lady who is able work under pressure. I am a team worker who is always willing to learn. I am therefore prepared to take up any challenge when given an opportunity by Department to do so.
