Excellent exposure to Media

I've enjoyed working with a young group of professionals with GREAT potential however not explored or given enough opportunity. I've disliked the lack of strong leadership.

To know your worth will motivate you to not stay in your comfort zone.

I enjoy the coaching and facilitation of workshops as this allows me to transfer knowledge to others. The operational and compliance audits has shown me the importance of processes within a business. My job also allows me with flexible working hours and due to my various branches, I am not always office based.

Pros: Flexible working hours and able to balance home, work and play.
Cons: My division tend to have many restructures and currently no room for growth.

Great opportunity and exposure to various environments, challenges and stakeholders.

A typical work day for me is to manage the PMO team, to ensure i mentor and coach junior scrum masters to really bring out the best in them, i enjoy an professional yet friendly relationship with my peers (Manco members) but also with my team members at all levels. I have learned that each stakeholder is unique and bring their own challenges and expertice to the table and its how you adapt your approach to really get the most out of your stakeholders. I had the opportunity to work along side our Executive Leadership team which broaden my thinking and the view of the world, and that there is a balance between executing work with discipline but still keep your eye on the "10000 meter above the world strategy"

I would like to know whats my worth, i am a loyal employee

I work for a good company but theres a lot that can change. I have an excellent working relationship with my co workers. I have learnt to be an excellent facilitator. I enjoy training and meeting new people on a regular basis. The most challenging is actually getting rewarded for all the hard work.

Cons: no growth because its who you know not how well your can do the job that gets you promoted.

Experienced

The nature of courses/studies I did, have prepared me for this position. They involved a great deal of Information Technology aspects such as IT Infrastructure, Information systems and Development, inclusive to that Project management courses added to qualify me for this as well, and gave me a great ability to manage Project in Information Technology sector, as I have a vast understand of the environment. With that I can manage projects small to medium within budget and Time, and I am able to analyse, administer, manage resource and execute the Projects. Effectively communicate to Project stakeholder on the progress of the Projects. I am able to handle a project from beginning to end, using PMBOK and as well as Prince 2, depending on the type of project at hand at that time. I have worked on both software/Application and IT infrastructure Projects.

Stagnant

There is a lot of division and popularity contests in the company and being in a different department is like being in different company, there isn't any proper communication from management and growth is somewhat curbed. The wrong people are put in positions of responsibility.

Cons: Too many unhappy people
