Great opportunity to grow if you know the right people. Only take care of people Financially in head office. It is extremely difficult to get in there all my internal applications have been declined. Management in branch and above don't care about their employees the right process gets followed to prevent complaints.

I am life-long learning individual with good interpersonal skills,
I find my very challenging and engaging, what I enjoy the most is the autonomy that comes with the role and the interaction through interviews - the most challenging and most exciting aspect of my role has to be IR, givinga advice to the business on labour law.

I am very ambitious, loyal and dedicated person and I am willing to use the knowledge and experience I have gained thus far to the advantage of the company. I have good computer skills together with excellent communication skills. I have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. I am a well-organised, accurate and meticulous person. I am willing to take on any challenging tasks and to perform them to the best of my abilities.

Lukewarm
Typical work day is ok. My relationship with my co-workers is great. I have learnt a lot about VAT and systems. I enjoy analysing figures. The morale.

Excellent learning curve. I habe leaned so much
A Typical work day would be hadling customers quiries, raising PO's on SAP and logging requests for installations and assets. The work is rewarding as much as it is a lot. The relationship with coworkers is great. I enjoy assisting people and getting the job done as difficult or challanging it may be when working with staff (customers)and trying help them as prompt as you can without compromisinf the quality of your job or the policies and procedures in place.
Pros: Benefits are great
Cons: Theres no growth and theres a lot of favouritism, lacknof support from management. People resign because of emotional abuse

My competencies regarding this position are diverse
I consider myself as a person, who is qualified for the job and also see this job as a way to realize my goals, but most importantly I promise to work to my fullest ability
Pros: I have both practical and theoretical experience in this field but still very much willing to learn and bring my efforts and background to contribute and add value to the success of your company.
Cons: My technical ability to inter-communicate with people from different backgrounds and my willingness to share ideas with others would be an advantage for your company.

The company i work for Ned bank
Ned bank is a good company to work for. I was given an opportunity to be on a Forex leaner ship which I did not pay for. The leaner ship helped me to understand the forex aspect in the Bank and I loved that. It is challenging especially when it comes to the RATES. The most challenging aspect is when you need to negotiate a rate wit the client and the client don't accept and you need to convince the client that what you are quoting is the best possible rate for the day, and you end up getting the deal. My day start at eight until half past four but some days till seven o'clock. I have a good relationship with my colleges, being a Team leader it has taught me a lot. Having different people in the team from different cultures and religion you learn to understand the people differently and treat them in a way that you don't discriminate them according to their culture or religion.
Pros: The are oppotunities for growth especially the Forex side of the Bank

I am a hard worker, i push beyond bounderies,
I love the company I work for but I have to also grow as a person, face new challenges, and more salaries indeed, because as we grow the responsibilities grow too, as a youth of nowadays, we have to explore thing , work with other companies just to know them better to follow their culture,

Great learning opportunity
I enjoy writing minutes a lot. My co-workers mostly go to me for advice and for review of their minutes.I love this work but unfortunaletly growth opporunities are limited.
Pros: Allowance to work flexi hours and to work from home to do minutes for whole day meetings
