Opportunities are very limited for growth
Making a positive impact to the lives of my clients is what makes me tick. I always listen exactly to what the needs of my clients are, as a result, I have been successful in delighting my clients and providing solutions that add value to their businesses. Proper portfolio management has always allowed me to have a competitive edge over my peers and counterparts, I am a huge fan of collaborations as it allows for an opportunity to provide creative and innovative solutions. Integrity is my most important asset I guard with my whole being. I am my own brand. Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence and Stewardship are values I live by.

Excellent learning curve
Great organizational culture however a pressurized environment at times, I enjoy helping People on a daily basis providing solutions. Some days the challenge is to be the one who tells people that your unable to help them due to their poor financial conduct of their account. But great experience overall

learning environment
Nedbank offers bursaries to employees which they don't pay back . It's a pity that after studying one doesn't get to use their qualifications in the company as development and continuity plans are non existence.

Company benefits are
Work is very much routine with tasks and no valuable time is spent with colleagues as we are client facing. The systems can be challenging and a hinderence for optimal work performance. The process and procedures can be time consuming especially if client has a limited lunch break.

Andazing learning curve
I'd an amazing learning curve in the company. Most of the work was green field weekly. l had a great relationship with my colleagues and the boss there were loving and sociable people. we as a "team" we didn't miss the deadline and the job was perfectly done. I have learned a lot, even went for training for facilitation. engaging stakeholders is much simpler and UI understanding them and what they want.
Pros: I had an amazing learning curve in the company. Most of the work was green field and development was happening from scratch. Management was learning to value employees and benefits were improving. However it was too late for me that they started all the effort and i moved on.
Cons: Management didn't value employees that much. They thought they could hire anyone new to get the same job done with same efficiency which was absurd.

- Provide ad-hoc support to the Project managers and Programme executive within the Regulatory Change Programme Office - Take ownership of project schedules as prescribed by the programme manage. - On-going maintenance of Programme Risk and Issue logs (RAIDs), updates to be done on a weekly basis or as specified by the Programme manager. project meetings in a timely manner. - General Project administration and coordination to ensure a smooth running office ad delivery of projects.

My career at Nedbank started 15 years ago from November 2000 to date. Part of my initial responsibilities included Card and Merchant Fraud Investigations. Heading up the Card Forensic Investigations area, within Nedbank. There are seven staff members reporting to me. I represent Nedbank at various Forums including SABRIC (South African Bank Risk Information Centre). I have regular dealings with the three Card Associations, Department of Justice, SAPS and various stake holders, within the banking industry. Interaction and regular meetings with the Card Associations as regulatory body. Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Internal and external investigations of Third Party Vendors I am always willing to learn new things, and give freely of the knowledge I have. I believe that you are never too old to learn and never too young to teach. I pride myself in willingness to learn and grow within a company. Always be positive
