We do weekly test for fraud, money loundring purposes so that we do not allow such in the company
we mostly work as team, we start working at 08:30 but must be at work by 08:00. everyday its a new day at work because we deal with different clients daily and I do efts for clients , check fica etc and clients differ.what I have learned bout my company is we must try harder to know the clients needs as we deal with them daily. I enjoy working with hard working, team playing colloquies so that we reach our daily targets.

Good learning curve
Dont really have a job description cause i do everything, -Good relationship with my Co-workers -Typical work days because of the pressure for sales -Learned a lot -Knowing that im making a different in someone's life -Difficult clients is the most challenging .

Good experience
I have a good relationship with my staff, we work together as a team with one goal. We celebrate our successes. I coach my team and encourage them, we do our daily power huddle where each employee share their best practices and goal for the day. Then we debrief at the end of the day where they will share their challenges and achievement for the day based on their committed goal for that day. I have learnt how to deal with different individuals and enjoy client interactions.

I am a hard working person who always strive for the best
My name is Thulane Mathenjwa, I’m a young man who grew up in the province of Mpumalanga. Ever since I was a kid, I always had love and passion of working with people. Working with people have helped me know a lot about other people, however there’s still a lot that I need to learn. I always stick to what I believe in regardless of anything. I am a goal oriented person. The challenges I have been through over the past few years, I have learned to work twice as hard towards achieving my goals.

I'm a fast learner and I'm willing to change and adapt very quickly.
Nedbank is a great company to work for. I've worked there for the past 10 years. We work as a team and we were great because they helped us to meet our targets by sendind leads. I've learnt to be patient and be focused and i will rich my goal. Most challenging is when i dont meet my target so i have to make plans and to go out and get business.

Excellence in a fast working environment
Being a team administrator for 85 people demands more than just a typical hard worker. I came in this position as a temporal worker when the current incumbent was on a long term leave and a second team administrator was going on leave in November 2016. It was a self taught experience and suggested a few changes which were welcomed by the team and management. My track record in excellent communication and creating interpersonal relationships in the workplace speaks volumes. The job requires an administrator who will have good working relationship with all in the team and build trust by being helpful in delivering on targets.
Pros: Working as an administrator in collections and recoveries has been an eye opening experience such that i have found ways to manage dynamic groups and still meet deadlines.
Cons: Since i holding in for someone on leave, there are fewer prospects of permanent employment.

I need a change in my duties and i need a change in my salary too

Daily Routine
A typical day involves managing excess reports daily. I visit at least eight clients monthly to develop solutions on there accounts. Client in risk are normally in financial distress. We are also a reporting division and look after the banks impairments.
Pros: Fantastic place to work however after 31 years i am loofking for a change.

Hard work, team spirit and standing up for beliefs and company values
Everyday we gather for meetings and exchange ideas to better our workflow. Every member of my team is very strong on opinion and standing up for what we believe, hard workers and focused. Self esteem is and encouragement , following company values and working under pressure, winning team and taking on challenges. Challenging aspects of the job is how often operation rules change
