Excellent company to work for.
Excellent company to work for in terms of atmosphere and numeration. Good morale. Great mentorship and career counseling to assist with growth. Work life balance proved to be a bit 9f a challenge though

Great place to work at
I had a wonderful time working at nedbank, the staff members where friendly and im a very good team player I loved the fact that I had a monthly target that was set for me to reach evrey month I enjoyed having have to plan my day before going to work, knowing what I have to achieve daily to be able to reach my monthly target i was excited by the fact that I met different people with different personality

Good place to start and get experience
The company is fast paced and gives great opportunity to access whether you are good in a high pressure situationsmpany one can also learn more about financial industry and be given a chance to learn about selling and meeting SLA. since it is a big corporation, one gets the sense of how the whole business is run with one goal in mind

Excellent learning curve
I've grown with my company, worked for 11 years and have learned a lot from different cultures, ages and enjoyed working with different people, being a team player is so important, I have learned to listen to the clients and understood the importance of offering great service to clients and I enjoyed working with my colleagues ,adapting to change , work well under pressure,honestly, accountability.

Big Corporate company
Big banking corporate focusing on banking within SA and Africa. IT division is big with focus on Agile becoming more prominent. Typical day consists of meetings and problem solving. Work closely with subsidiary countries and vendors. Close relationship with co-workers across different divisions.

Opportunities for growth
The environment I work under, is very high pressured and process oriented, there needs to be a consistent and open line of communication to the business we provide support to. Although this provides an excellent working environment for a would be upgrade in learnings, there are still some issues with regards to work-life balance and since Covid the hours seem to disappear in the amount of work that needs to be concluded on a monthly basis
