Great development plan
Work at nedbank is great and offers great opportunities to grow and development. The only thing is prejudices among management and workers. The company has a great culture and fairness policy, though it is not equally implemented by all branches and managers. Opportunities at. Want to go into the the field of study
The most part of my job is around customer service. I interact with clients, which gives me the opportunity to form relationships. Though Digital enticement has become my daily bread, being the first point of contact as one visits our branch also means that I'm the info desk. Anything you wish to know whether it be, which direction to go for your transaction to what documentation is required for your particular transaction, complains, complements, i'm the person. I enjoy working in a team to achieve a certain goal.

Excellent learning curve
interacting with clients on daily bases because it was part of my duties to welcome all the clients entering in the branch and direct the where they should go with regards to their demanded service, enhancing knowledge to clients on how to use digital banking, i used to enjoy being a teller. i have learnt a lot about how to deal with clients in different moods and be professional.

My reality
I'm passion about Sales and leading people. My day revolves around report, ,meetings with external and internal stakeholders, analysising competitor behaviour to stay abreast of market offering, entertaining clients at certain functions, coaching and mentoring staff together with strict management of their pipeline and following up on new prospects to grow our portfolio. I love the challenge of targets, working together with my staff to hunt for new prospects while finding a balance to have enough time to maintain and grow existing relationships. What I have learnt over the 12 years of leading teams is that our environment is ever change and that we need to be relevant, agile and more transformational in our leadership as the world evolves. I maintain a close relationship with my staff and colleagues to ensure we are learning and leaning on each other to create a world class customer experience to achieve targets.

Great development curve
Rather monotonous will explain in person. I am a reliable, responsible and a loyal person who possesses a very vibrant outgoing personality. I enjoy experiencing new things which contributes to me being a very fast and apt learner. I am flexible in the work environment and I never fail to rise to the occasion and task at hand. I adapt well, and am capable of gelling in smoothly with a team as well successfully accomplishing individual tasks. Reliability, positivity and honesty are the three qualities I endeavour to bring through into all aspects of my life. I also have good communications skills, internal and external liasings with queries to be resolved, excellent as well as great sales experience.

Typical work week is to plan a week in advance and execute sales. Thus works great for me. I enjoy giving clients the best customer service and advice. Relationship building with your clients as well as your colleagues. Having meaningful meeting and executing the plans discussed. I enjoy reaping the benefits of hard work with a win win situation for your team and business at hand.

Summary
