I have +27 years of banking experience. (Branch Manager, Portfolio Manager and Business Manager I am a team player and a motivator. My team is normally the winning team that can overcome and handle any challenge. No task or target is unattainable with the right resources. Meeting and exceeding the clients expectation will ensure that we not only retain the client but also get referral business. Its better than being unemployed

company only cares about what money they can make w are treated like robots i am expected to go out and find customers during covid we are over worked i work Monday to Saturday cant even get an id cause i am forever at work and only allowed ten days leave per year when it suits the manager

Career journey in banking financial services

My love working with people, I have been in banking financial services over 17 years, I get along with my colleagues very well. I have grown into the business from teller to Regional Sales Manager looking after regions of 59 branches. Learnt how to communicate with different segments from entry level customer to affluent, business banking customers.

It's an amazing industry with great opportunity for growth.

It's it'sits retail sectors for collection on all bank products however disadvantage is that it's old books so contctability is not that great we spend much time tracing for a debtor instead of collecting itself

Well experienced

Over work load for a very low income. Long hours and working on holidays and weekends especially Dec holidays. Less recognition for a work done well
