Good place to start and get experience
The company is fast paced and gives great opportunity to access whether you are good in a high pressure situationsmpany one can also learn more about financial industry and be given a chance to learn about selling and meeting SLA. since it is a big corporation, one gets the sense of how the whole business is run with one goal in mind

I have grown up as a professional and individual in this company
Working as a sales consultant is challenging as U have monthly and yearly targets but Nedbank makes it easy for me by providing me with the resources and tools that enables me to reach my targets months to months targets and I get satisfaction from this job when I solve people's needs by selling the right product to them and see my clients smiling because of me.

meetings held for JAD and requirments gathering with stakholders- workshopping the technical sid eof the projects support and strong team work relationship- asisting and guidance to support the goal of the team you need to listen in order to deliver- in order to derive effective solutions and analytical thinking challenges are the key that keeps me going - selfed managed and the driver to meant any task doing 3 roles in a project is challenging- Junior BA, test Analyst and tester to deliver the project to meet the deadlines.

Great experience
The company is a great place to work at. I have moved up the ranks from sales consultant to being Area manager. The culture the people the opportunities the diversity and inclusion of Al people is amazing. I have recommended it for so many years to my friends and family. I have seen a shift in my very own career and as a person.

My day at Nedbank
A typical work day for me is assisting clients bankers and bankers assistants ,I assist with incoming calls out going calls .I work on different platforms of social media .I would like to think I have a good relationship with my colleagues .When things are quiet we usually sit down and chat about what's happening in our day to day lives ,our kids ect. I enjoy challenges , deadline set for me I feel the most challenges I face is when we are unable to assist clients with their insane demands , In those instances I feel I work my best when I work overtime to try and meet the clients expectations I truly enjoy challenges

Excellent Experience
A typical work is that you are there to serve clients whether they are yours or NOT. You provide a service of needs Identification and you have to provide solutions that meet the client's needs. The Solutions are anything from Wills to Investments, Risk Planning , Retirement Planning, Income Protection. Relationship with co-workers is one of helping each other achieve our specific goals and our tasks. This has allowed me to learn a number of skills like Needs Analysis, Client Reviewing, Sales , Leads Generation, General Client Services, Portfolio Managing, Administrational Skills, Marketing , Presenting and Strategy. I enjoy all of this however the best part is when a client is happy with the solution provided. The most challenging part of the job is finding and securing business.
