I enjoy Working at Nedbank however the salary does not allow for self growth. Growth opportunities are difficult and nedbank are extremely risk adverse.

Target are high and 18 product line To reach each month.and elearning courses are encouraged and changes in the company is established and accomplished,team player is encouraged and meeting the deadlines.

Excellent Integrated Experience

Great exposure to all corporate functions. Development of relationships between different mind sets and cultures. My typical day is interacting with different business units and get to what is top of mind and discussing the appropriateness for social media. I truely love my team and everything about marketing. Being open-minded and hard-working definitely improve your chances for growth and sharing ideas and solutions foster relationship and respect. Selling yourself and your ideas can be challenging, especially to Exco.

Im a hard worker , i have been chosen as the top achiever for nedbank year 2014 and 2015

my company is one of the best places to work at as everyone is friendly and my times are flexible the onl prob i have is working on weekends as that takes my weekend away and i dont get enough family time

Multiskilled

I'm a smart worker that is passionate about client services. What I like mostly about my current position is that I get to learn new things daily. I get to interact with different types of people and deal with different types of complaints. This I enjoy as I get to learn more and more from these interactions with clients. In my role I get to manage time efficiently were I need to work out my day and in between delegate where I can. Challenges I learn from them to do things differently the next time.
