I want to grow
i deal with different types of clients with various types of queries complaints and i have good people skills ,we all get along well as there is no i in team .Ihave learnt alot about banking from sales to admin to servicing of all client products ,dealing wth insurance and fraudulent activities .I enjoy interacting with the different clients and also giving advise, challenges are upset clients and also language barriers .

Excellent Integrated Experience
Great exposure to all corporate functions. Development of relationships between different mind sets and cultures. My typical day is interacting with different business units and get to what is top of mind and discussing the appropriateness for social media. I truely love my team and everything about marketing. Being open-minded and hard-working definitely improve your chances for growth and sharing ideas and solutions foster relationship and respect. Selling yourself and your ideas can be challenging, especially to Exco.

Excellent learning
Was working Monday to Monday extended hours Working as team with everyone in our branch sharing ideas to achieve the target of our branch. I’ve learn to work hard for excellent results. Enjoyed to make my clients happy with the product they had with the bank and solving queries for them. Giving them excellent service and treats all clients with respect. Enjoyed working with my colleagues. My challenge was not be able to assist my clients that’s was the reason I was working hard and smart to make clients happy

excellent and vibrant place to work at, where there's always room for development and learning something new, my colleagues are mature and have a great relationship. I have all my banking qualifications through Nedbank which they funded and also going for a for another course that will earn me another 50 credits, that's something I enjoy the most.

Excellent work experience
It was a grate place to work at .and the culture of the workplace was amazing forward all .I really don't like how mangerment do things sometimes but it has always been the best thing to work nedbank in my life I have grown as an individual and learned alot from my jo.

Great and pleasant place to work
A typical day was very pleasant. I love interacting snd training/coaching staff to ensure they are compliant once I leave the branch. Management is always approachable and works on an open door policy.
