I'm very task oriented and I don't meet customer expectations i exceed them
I work perfectly in a team and individual, i get along with my co-workers we help each other with our struggles and motivate each other i submitt as indicated to my superiours. I learned to be patient at all times do what is expected of me everyday .

Self help
The company allows me to grow personally and professionally. I get to meet new people everyday and the hours are flexible. The staff are also friendly and are always willing to help out.

Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Learnt how to dea with different clients, communication skills.
The company is a well established entity with a vast number of clienta as it has been operating for decades. Working in this company needs one to have proper time management skills so to schedule accurately time with clients in various fields. So each day is extremely hectic
Pros: There is a great oppohrtunity to get promorion
Cons: Working on weekends to fasten the speed of reaching target.

Desktop support 2nd Tear and employee support.
I was 2nd Tear Desktop Support. analysing problems and Desktop issues across various applications including avaya, ms apps, online connections and access, security, password resetting, email support. My history
My history I have over 9 years experience in selling . I work well with my co workers and I have learned that you need to be patient when dealing with people, challenging part is sometimes not getting the right customers to take the insurance etc. I am a hard working individual with good communication skills, planning and organizing skill, problem solving skills, disciplined, highly resourceful, honest and a client centric person. My future career goal is to associate myself with a dynamic organization that values and can utilize my skills in a position requiring resourcefulness and diversity in dealing with organizational development and customer service

build a relationship of trust very important
love doing marketing relationship with co workers was very open if i see one struggle i will do my best to help my team mate in any way i can. i have learn integrity and how to work in a team also learnt how to work with certain situations. i enjoyed working with clients and making sure they are happy when they leave from me. the challenging aspect was when i had to go out there because it was almost cut off just to search for that one client i still need to submit and it was stressful but at the end of the day i did reach my target not always but i manged to get myself were i want to be.
Pros: i loved the marketing part were we had to put up stand and also attend wellness days a great way to get leads
Cons: had my own hours just had to report to office in the mornings at 08:30 and then be out there and be back at 4 pm
