Great Growth Opportunity
on a typical work day you don't have start of finish our as long as you meet your required targets then you all done. I have the best working relations with my co-workers. i Have learnt that to be the best you have to invest your time in your work and that all hard work pays off. I enjoy to see my client get value for their money at the end of the contract. The most challenging aspect is when we don't make the target as a collective team work.
Pros: you make your own salary by sales.

Good Organisational skills
Through my current job i have learnt how to share with your collegues especially unity. I am good at prioritizing, meaning I can handle pressure when working , i have worked So much with people therefore i have good people skills and I am able to maintain them.

Enhanced my skills as a Sales Agent for Forever Living Products and as a Call Centre agent for Webhelp SA. I've always maintain a high impressive Net-Promoter-Score. Due to my performance I've then been given the opportunity to be a floorwalker by transferring skills. I enjoy soccer, reading, music, listening to motivational speakers and spending time with my family.

My history
My history I have over 9 years experience in selling . I work well with my co workers and I have learned that you need to be patient when dealing with people, challenging part is sometimes not getting the right customers to take the insurance etc. I am a hard working individual with good communication skills, planning and organizing skill, problem solving skills, disciplined, highly resourceful, honest and a client centric person. My future career goal is to associate myself with a dynamic organization that values and can utilize my skills in a position requiring resourcefulness and diversity in dealing with organizational development and customer service

Excellent learning curve
Old Mutual is a company with branches in every Province. We are required to give support to in every branch and as a project administrator we are requested to introduce every project that are in the process and make sure that every pilot that we deliver is communicated properly and training is issued to every employee. I've learned that planning in relevant to with everyone and communication is essential to everyone involved. Working with different people really fulfils the importance of team work. seeing the project being completed successfully is really fulfilling.

I understand challenges as stepping stones to growing oneself in various aspects.
A typical work day includes learning about new regulatory changes. I start my day my planning in line with meetings I need to attend. I am a fan of organisation! Once I plan, I go through my emails and respond. Some take up time as it involves researching legal technical questions and input about legal changes. Thereafter I spend some time on updating myself with legislation, and try to apply myself in terms of application and which business units will be effected. People interaction is vital and the quality of good relationships always assist in building great working results. Collaboration is a large part of my job as I work closely with compliance officers and the risk team. U interact mostly with business heads and operations - due to the regulatory changes undergoing the industry. My job is to keep the business abreast of legal/ regulatory changes. I explain things simply in order to ensure understand and then we look for solutions that will ensure the business is compliant.

I am fast learner
My typically working day is 7 to 5 ,my relationship with co workers is good because we communicate and we advance other and give support each other we like a family ,I learner to ask if I don't understand ,I enjoy my Job most ,the most challenge of the day is when I failed to do my daily budgets.
