Excellent learning curve and opportunities for new ventures
As a financial Advisor I have a close relationship with clients and my duties are.to maintain then,answer any enquiry promote new products to our current and out source New clientele. My obligation,is to maintain,a high level of professionalism and discretion as,I work with personal information.bank statement, accounts ID's and so forth. I advise my clients according to their needs and affordability thus earn commission should they join the company and accepted as part of our members.
Pros: great opportunity,in terms of experience and exposure and commission bonuses
Cons: only get paid on commission at the moment,no basic salary wich is a big con,due to transportation costs among others.

I know how to handle a difficult situations,
i would never work against the authority of an organisation, i am a hard work , i am a fast learning person, i will come to work in time,i would like to expand my experiences in your working environment , i will come with a new bossiness plan,

I like new challenges or new learning curves
Over my years i have learnt to deal with all types of clients , i have come to know clients for example i would know when a client is a feeler or i know when to ask open ended or closed questions i only want to work for a reputable company and make it to the top

Cons: i love putting in extra hours just to meet my target

It has a very enjoyable learning experience, worth my efforts. Experience-wise.
I have enjoyed my stay in this working environment as it has opened my eyes about the competitive working environment. Learned how to engage and consult clients, deal with different attitudes of human being.

I like to work on the company because I like customer service communicate with clients.I like to do my job duties with all of my hearts, respecting my Job and the people surrounding me. My relationship with my co worker's is like family . I have learned to respect them to ask if I don't understand and to learn from them because we are family ,The thing that I enjoy most is to communicate with people and offer solutions if they need it. The challenging aspects is when you did not make your daily budget .

I take care of the day to day running of the branch. From morning meetings to reviewing loan applications, handling HR issues and training of staff; helping solve client complaints as well.

Good learning curve
i have learn a lot at my current work,i also achieved a lot.also some ather qualifications.working with the clients.also day to day client base.recruiting clients,flexible working hours.
