Deal with collecting money from companies

The company I am working for is a great company to work for as we work flexi hours and we work as a team ,If one of the staff members is sick or some other reasons is not at work, we make sure work does not wait for that staff to come back we attend to it as a team. The most challenging about my job is when we have to make sure that the companies we deal with process our requests on time by keep on calling them before the cut off date.

The art of a deal

I do prospects on Monday morning for the whole week and also make an appointments. I also read emails check any requirements that are needed with Admin clerk and read financial mails or update myself with some knowledge of products that I am selling ,check competitors products and what they are offering. I also communicate with my co-workers to be more updated and informed especially those who made more sales than myself. The most challenging aspects of job is the delay of information or results from administration and cancellation of a product at a later stage because the client is indecisive.

Great learning opportunities offered and your ability to communicate is what is required the most

Day includes calling prospective clients and setting appointments and going to see them for a mini presentation and making sale. Even when a person signs up you can loose a sale due to underwriting purposes and will not get paid regardless of the time and petrol spent going to meet with clients

Pros: Great opportunity for self growth
Cons: No target no pay
