Excellent learning abilities
My typical work day is seeing clients, booking appointments and submitting business. I have good telephone skills and I go to the clients houses or jobs to give them financial advice for any unexpected events or if they want to save towards a specific goal.
Pros: Flexible working hours, get to meet new clients, studying opportunities.
Cons: Commission based income

I learn very quickly and i love working with people
I work with a lot of people and also have to make a lot of cold calls a day i also i have a great relationship with my co-workers and also what i love about my job is helping clients and make a difference in there life i have learnt so much threw old mutual how to deal with clients and there problems have gone on course the only challenging thing from my job is that it is very uncontested what i don't in joy but other wise i love working with people .
Pros: can work my way to DM manger and also work my way up to the top
Cons: not get paid if i dont hit target

Gaining knowlwdge
I am currently working in a financial sector. I am very dedicated n reliable. I work well within a team and under pressure. My main aim is keeping the customer happy they come first. I van adapt to change, change is always good in a company. I can overcome a conflict easy within in a team. I am very eager to learn and gain more knowledge.

Good learning skills

PPI learning curve, communication, writing skills, computer literacy and consumer behavior
Understanding consumer behavior as their needs change in daily bases.Sending emails of successful leads to financial advisor to make contact with the client to give financial advice & responding to customer queries via email or sending them to the relevant departments for emmediate feedback.Writing of assessments in monthly bases of product changes & company policies.Working as a team is a necessity, always treating everyone with respect and staying positive at all times as we need to always communicate because our processes are interrelated. I have learnt that to be successful or to grow in a business you need your Co workers for team spirit because you can never succeed alone and that respect is vital because it makes you enjoy what you are doing.What I enjoy most is giving motivation and treating my job as my own company because I am in charge of what I do in daily basis. The challenges I always had is dealing with difficult customers

I have an nowledge of long term insurance . I also have an extensive knowledge .
I hasve a good analytical and problem solving skills. I currently work for Oldmutual insurance . My duties include processing claims of duties and risk management and project management. I also ensure proper governance policies by applying rules for quality assessment measures and proper change control. I have a systems background and I have developed knowledge of long term insirance both from a business as well as technical point of view. I also have an extensive knowledge insurance.
Pros: I have extensive knowledge of assessing claims , I also received numrous star awards nominations and incentives.
Cons: I can work under pressure to adhere to service level agreements .

I am currently in the insurance industry would like to move to a Banking Institution of yor calibre
I manage a team of 16 Financial Advisers. My typical day starts with a short meeting with my Team strategizing about the day. I have a good relationship with my Team members. I have learnt to respect people and to deliver on agreed targets. I enjoy working with people and enjoy challenging situations.

Cons: I dont have a problem working long hours as long as the job is challenging
