Desktop support 2nd Tear and employee support.
I was 2nd Tear Desktop Support. analysing problems and Desktop issues across various applications including avaya, ms apps, online connections and access, security, password resetting, email support. Excellent learning abilities
My typical work day is seeing clients, booking appointments and submitting business. I have good telephone skills and I go to the clients houses or jobs to give them financial advice for any unexpected events or if they want to save towards a specific goal.
Pros: Flexible working hours, get to meet new clients, studying opportunities.
Cons: Commission based income

My Job Description
I was given the opportunity to grow personally in terms of studying towards achieving my diploma's in the relevant field i was in. The down side is that even though I achieved and completed all my diploma's once I had it I was never given an increase to align my salary. Promotions are very difficult to come by as there is very few positions for management. I felt that working there I always did my best but was over looked. A typical work day for me was getting up early on a Monday to catch a flight to anywhere in South Africa. I had a good working relationship with my co workers, However I felt that I was unfairly treated by my manager as I travelled alot and was not compensated for it. I have learnt that if you dont do things for yourself nobody else will do it for you. I loved my job being able to share my knowledge and expertise to help people grow. The most challenging aspects of the job was travelling as it would sometimes take me 12 hours to get to my destination.

Excellent company i learnt alot
I was happy at old mutual only thing was my safety i loved the environment driving to different clients , meeting different clients everyday having the ability to offer them financial problems

Career advancement
Great working relationship with different stakeholders Living the business values and it's culture makes it easier to relate . I have learned that you need to recruit people that are culture fit. I enjoy the culture of acknowledging and celebrating small wins , inches and great performance from top down approach

I am fast learner
My typically working day is 7 to 5 ,my relationship with co workers is good because we communicate and we advance other and give support each other we like a family ,I learner to ask if I don't understand ,I enjoy my Job most ,the most challenge of the day is when I failed to do my daily budgets.

EXCELLENT
- MY JOB DISCRIPTING I DO TYPING, ANSWERING CALL,DATA CAPTURING, ORGANISING MEETING,MANAGING MY MANAGERS DIARY DAILY. -OUR RELATIONSHIP AT WORK IS VERY OPEN AS CO WOKERS. I HAVE LEARNED TO BE CONFIDANCIAL WITH MANY THINGS, TEAM WORK DYNAMICS,RESPONSIBLE,TIME MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONISM. -I ENJOYED MY DAILY DUTIES REALLY I LOVED EVERY DETAIL ABOUT MY JOB -THE CHALLENGING PART WAS WHEN WE HAVE TO MEET THE DEATLINE EVERY THURSDAY ,IT WAS KILLING ME TO SEE MY MANAGER GOING THROUGH THAT STAGE AND I DIDNT HAVE POWER OVER THAT.

Great company lots of support from Management
Good company to work for, lots of support great incentives. Colleagues great too happy people. Stressful environment lots of pressure but worth it in the end with the great bonuses/commission.

Excellent learning curve and I've gained much experience.
-It is a great feeling to work at my work place because we have a great support from senior staff. -The management does not put pressure on his staff and he always give a hand if any staff struggles in their work. -I have learnt to Liaise with clients, Arranging diary, Making Appointments, Confirming Appointment and Cancelling Appointments. Scanning documents and Data capturing from computer to X-plan. -I enjoy working there because it challanges me and challenges makes me do my best in overcoming them, it is not a boring industry.
Pros: Great working experience
Cons: The client must earn a specific target amount of salary in order for me to make business with the client.
