Excellent learning curve
Challenging and need to influence people a lot. You do learn quite a bit though. There are lots of opportunities for growth. I enjoy interaction with people. The most challenging part of the job is convincing people to implement standards.

Accuracy is more important than processing claims fast
I have a good relationship with my team member. I have gained a lot of experience in insurance industry. Attending to queries and assisting junior staff is one of task I enjoy most

Good customer service skills, selling skills, and doing collections
I worked as a financial consultant for more than 3 to 4 years. Maintain a customer relationship. Communicating well with clients. Excellent convincing power coupled with ability to understand clients preferences and make buying suggestions accordingly. Adapt at handling pos. Cash and credit card payments and capable of printing detailed order bills effectively good at handling queries. Ability to do collections.

Potential to learn
The day starts at approximately 8.30 am with sending out reports and uploading of files onto our systems I then process and verify instructions. More report sending and viewing of recons. We then upload more files and verify instructions. Another report is then sent out. I manage queries and answer telephone calls that come in. I then train and up skill the new team members. At least once a week testing of new products take place. More query management and verifying of cases take place. We review the days work and I could work as late as 7pm.

Good Organisational skills
Through my current job i have learnt how to share with your collegues especially unity. I am good at prioritizing, meaning I can handle pressure when working , i have worked So much with people therefore i have good people skills and I am able to maintain them.

My working experiences change over time. Having to work for the company I work for has granted me a great opportunity. But I think it's now time for me to move to greater places. The most things I enjoy in the working environment is having to help people with their difficulties.
